How To Make Amla Jam

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Amla                                  ----- 1 cup
Water                                ----- as required
Jaggery                              ----- 2 cups

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Now add amla and pour 2 cups of water in it.
  3. Boil amla for 15 min by keeping a plate on it.
  4. After boiling it for 15 min, add jaggery in it.
  5. Add water in it if necesary. 
  6.  After adding jaggery and water in it, mix well for 5 min.
  7. After 5 min, see the jaggery is totally melted and mixed well.
  8. After jaggery is melted, make the stove off.
  9. Now you are ready with amla jam infront of you.
  10. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, sweet item, delicious and yummy amla jam

How To Make Amla Pulihara

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated amla                      ----- 1 cup
Red chillies                       ----- 3 or 4
Cooked rice                     -----  2 cups
Oil                                    ----- as required
Mustard seeds                  ----- 2 spoons
Jeera                                ----- 1 spoon
Black gram                       ----- 2 spoons
Bengal gram                      ----- 2 spoons
Cashew nuts                      ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie slices              ----- 4 or 5
Asafoetida                         ----- small pinch of all most 1 spoon
Curry leaves                      ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves                ----- 1/2 cup
Lemon juice                       ----- as required
Turmeric powder               ----- 1 spoon
Salt                                   ----- as required

PROCEDURE:     

  1. Take a bowl and add cooked rice in it and keep it aside.
  2. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. After 2 sec, add 1/4 cup of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and bengal gram in it.
  5. Add red chillies, green chillie slices, cashew nuts also.
  6. Add turmeric powder, curry leaves and asafoetida also in it.
  7. Fry all for 5 min.
  8. After 5 min, add this fried items in a bowl.
  9. Now take the pan again and add 1/2 cup of oil in it.
  10. Heat it for 2 sec.
  11. After 2 sec, add grated amla in it.
  12. Fry it for 15 min by mixing it well.
  13. After frying for 15 min, make the stove off.
  14. Now mix the fried amla to the cooked rice.
  15. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  16. Now mix well and  add sufficient lime juice in it.
  17. Mix once and serve on a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
  18. Now you are ready with amla pulihara infront of you.
  19. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, spicy, delicious and yuumy amla pulihara.

How To Make BeetRoot Juice



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Beet root pieces(raw)              ----- 1 cup
Pudina leaves                          ----- 1 cup
Coriander leaves                     ----- 1 cup
Salt                                         ----- as required
Water                                     ----- as required
White pepper powder             ----- 1/2 spoon
Lemon juice                            ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:   
  1. Take a jar and add beet root pieces in it.
  2. Add coriander leaves and pudina leaves also in it.
  3. Now add salt in it as per your taste.
  4. Add some water in it to make it as a thick paste.
  5. Now blend it as a thick paste.
  6. Add pepper powder in it.
  7. Add some water in it to make it as a juice.
  8. Now add lime juice in it.
  9. Blend it again to form it as a juice.
  10. After making it as a juice, you can take into glasses and serve it.
  11. Garnish with pudina leaves in it.
  12. Now you are ready with very healthy juice that is beet root juice infront of you.
  13. Drink and enjoy the very tasty, delicious , yummy and healthy beet root juice

How To Make Ragi Flour Roti

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Ragi flour                               ----- 1 cup
Wheat flour                            ----- 1 cup
Ghee                                      ----- 2 spoons
Salt                                        ----- as required
Oil                                         ----- as required
Water                                    ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add ragi flour, wheat flour and salt in it.
  2. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it.
  3. Mix well with water to make it as a dough.
  4. Use sufficient water to make it as a smooth dough.
  5. After preparing dough, keep it aside for 20 min.
  6. Wait for 20 min.
  7. After 20 min has completed, make dough into smaal balls.
  8. After preparing dough into small balls, press it on the middle.
  9. After dip in the wheat flour and make it as a roti.
  10. You can make rotis by using roti maker or using your hands also.
  11. After making rotis, take a pan.
  12. Now place the pan on the stove.
  13. Make the stove on and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Place the roti on the heated pan and fry it.
  15. Now fry on one side.
  16. Turn on the other side and add oil on the sides and on the roti also.
  17. Roast it on the both sides.
  18. Now you can make many rotis as you want.
  19. Now you are ready with ragi flour rotis infront of you.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yuumy ragi flour roti.
  21. These rotis are very healthy and have more nutrients in it.
