How To Make Soya Mutter Tikki

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Soya paste                         ----- 4 spoons
Boiled aloo                        ----- 1 cup
Mutter(green peas) paste   ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                   ----- as required
Oil                                    ----- as required
Garam masala                   ----- 2 spoons      
Jeera powder                    ----- 2 spoons
Coriander powder            ----- 2 spoons
Bread powder                  ----- 4 spoons
Gram flour                        ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                     ----- 1/2 cup
Water                               ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Take a bowl and add boiled aloo and smash it.
  4. Add soya paste, green peas paste and gram flour in it.
  5. Add garam masala powder, jeera powder and coriander powder in it.
  6. Add bread powder and salt also in it as per your taste.
  7. Mix well to make it as a paste by addimg sufficient water in it.
  8. After making it as a smooth dough, make into small balls and keep aside.
  9. Now make these balls into small rounds and stick these cashew nuts in the middle of it.
  10. Now dip all the rounds one by one in the heated oil.
  11. After fry all these tikkis till the colour of it changes to light golden colour.
  12. Now remove these from the heated oil and take into a plate.
  13. Make the stove off and serve it in a plate.
  14. Now you are ready with soya mutter tikki infront of you.
  15. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack item soya mutter tikki.

How To Make Dahi Sabudana

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sabudana                       ----- 1 cup
Curd                              ----- 2 cups
Onion pieces                  ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces        ----- 1/4 cup
Salt                               ----- as required
Water                           ----- 2 cups
Ghee                             ----- 2 spoons
Cashew nuts                  ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                                 ----- 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder           ----- 1/2 spoon
Mustard seeds               ----- 2 spoons
Jeera                             ----- 2 spoons
Pepper seeds                 ----- 1/2 spoon
Ginger pieces                 ----- 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves                  ----- 1/4 cup
Red chillies                    ----- 3 or 4
Asafoetida                    ----- 1 spoon
Coriander leaves           ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:    

  1. Take a bowl and add sabudana and water in it.
  2. Soak it for 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour, wash with water and take a pan.
  4. Add soaked sabudana and water in it.
  5. Cook it by keeping a plate on it for 10 to 15 min.
  6. After 15 min, take a bowl and add cooked sabudana in it.
  7. Add curd in it and mix well.
  8. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to light brown colour.
  11. After colour has changed, add fried nuts to the sabudana.
  12. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add mustard seeds, jeera,curry leaves and red chillies in it.
  14. After add asafoetida, turmeric powder, ginger pieces and pepper seeds also.
  15. Fry all for 2 sec and add this to the sabudana.
  16. Now add onion pieces and green chillie pieces to the bowl.
  17. Add salt in it as per your taste and coriander leaves also in it.
  18. Mix well once and serve in a plate.
  19. Now you are ready with dhahi sabudana infront of you.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy item dahi sabudana

How To Make Capsicum Tamarind Chutney

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Capsicum pieces                    ----- 1 cup
Green chillies                         ----- 1/2 cup
Tamarind chutney                  ----- 2 spoons
Oil                                        ----- 4 spoons
Ground nuts                          ----- 1/4 cup
Sesame seeds                       ----- 1/4 cup
Jeera                                    ----- 2 spoons
Salt                                      ----- as required
Sugar                                   ----- 1 spoon
Garlic pieces                        ----- 1/4 cup
Mustard seeds                     ----- 1 spoon
Black gram                          ----- 1 spoon
Curry leaves                        ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE:     

  1.  Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  3. After add capsicum pieces and green chillies in it.
  4. Fry both for 5 min by mixing well.
  5. After 5 min, take the chillies and capsicum from the pan.
  6. Take in a plate and keep aside for 10 min.
  7. Now in this pan add ground nuts and sesame seeds in it.
  8. Fry both by mixing well with out using any oil.
  9. After frying, take into a plate and keep aside.
  10. Now take a jar and make the stove off.
  11. In this jar, add tamarind chutney, salt and sugar. 
  12. Add garlic pieces and 1 spoon jeera also.
  13. Make into a paste and add fried ground nuts and sesame seeds also.
  14. Blend it once and make into a paste.
  15. Add capsicum pieces and green chillies also.
  16. Make into paste and take into a cup and keep aside.
  17. Now put the pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  18. Add 2 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  19. Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and curry leaves in it.
  20. Fry all for 2 sec and make the stove off.
  21. Take this and mix well in the chutney.
  22. Now you are ready with capsicum tamarind chutney infront of you.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, yummy and spicy capsicum tamarind chutney

How To Make Bengal Gram Kesari

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bengal gram                     ----- 1 cup
Sugar                               ----- 1 cup
Milk                                ----- 2 cups
Ghee                               ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                    ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                             ----- 1/4 cup
Elachi powder                  ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add bengal gram in it and fry for 5 to 10 min by mixing well.
  3. While frying dal, donot add oil or ghee.
  4. After frying, take into a plate and keep aside for 10 min.
  5. Then make the fried dal into fine rava using mixy jar.
  6. Now add milk in the pan and boil milk.
  7. After boiling milk, add sugar in it.
  8. Mix well till sugar is fully melted.
  9. Add elachi powder also in it.
  10. After add rava to the boiled milk by mixing well.
  11. Add rava in the milk care fully because, you should not get any lumps from it.
  12. Cook it for 10 to 15 min.
  13. You can add milk also.
  14. After cooking it, make the stove off.
  15. Take the sweet into a bowl and keep aside.
  16. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  17. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  18. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry it.
  19. Fry the nuts and raisins till nuts comes to golden brown colour.
  20. After frying nuts, add this fried nuts to the sweet and mix well and serve in a cup.
  21. Now you are ready with bengal gram kesari infront of you. 
  22. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item bengal gram kesari
