How To Make Chinese Spinach Rice


Chinese spinach(leaves)   ----- 2 cups 
Red chillies                       ----- 4 to 5
Oil                                     ----- 5 to 6 spoons
Curry leaves                     ----- 10 to 12
Onion pieces                     ----- 1/2 cup
Chopped carrot                ----- 1/4 cup
Jeera                                 ----- 1/2 spoon
Garlic pieces                    ----- 1/2 spoon
Salt                                  ------ as required
Boiled rice                       ----- 1 or 2 cups
Fried cashew nut            ----- 1/4 cup

  1. Make the stove on and place a pan on it.
  2. Heat the pan for 2 sec and add 2 spoons oil in it.
  3. Add washed chinese spinach leaves and red chillies.
  4. Roast well for 5 min by mixing it and make the stove off.
  5. After wait for 10 min to cool it well.
  6. Now make this into fine paste and keep aside.
  7. Now make the stove on and heat for 3 sec, add oil into it.
  8. Add jeera, garlic pieces and curry leaves in it.
  9. Mix once and add onion pieces, chopped carrot into it.
  10. Cook it for 5min by adding required salt in it.
  11. Put the lid/ plate on the pan while cooking carrot and onions.
  12. Add chinese spinach paste into it and fry for 3 sec by mixing it occasionally.
  13. Now add cooked rice in it and mix well.
  14. Cook the rice for 2 min by placing the lid on it.
  15. After 2min, add fried cashew nuts in it and mix it thoroughly.
  16. Make the stove off and serve the rice.
  17. Now you are ready with chinese spinach rice infront of you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, yummy and delicious chinese spinach rice.
