How To Make Brinjal Chutney
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Brinjal pieces ----- 2 cups
Green chillies ----- 10
Salt ----- as required
Tamarind ----- small piece
Oil ----- 4 spoons
Red chillies ----- 2 small pieces
Black gram ----- 2 spoons
Bengal gram ----- 2 spoons
Curry leaves ----- 1 spoon
Mustard seeds ----- 1 spoon
Jeera ----- 1 spoon
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add green chillies in it.
- Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
- Fry for 2 min.
- Add brinjal pieces also.
- Fry all for 2 min.
- After 2 min, make the stove off.
- Take fried chillies and brinjal pieces in a cup and keep aside.
- Cool for 10 min.
- After 10 min, take a jar and add green chillies in it.
- Add tamarind and sufficient salt in it as per your taste.
- Make into a paste.
- After making into a paste add brinjal pieces also.
- Make into a paste and keep aside in a cup.
- Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 2 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add mustard seeds, jeera and red chillie pieces in it.
- Fry all by mixing well.
- Now add black gram and bengal gram in it.
- Add curry leaves also in it and fry for 2 sec.
- Add brinjal paste also.
- Mix well and fry for 10 min.
- After 10 min, make the stove off.
- Take the brinjal chutney into a bowl and serve it.
- Now you are ready with brinjal chutney infront on you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty , spicy and yummy brinjal chutney.
- This is a good combination with rice, chapatis, roti and pulkas also.
