How To Make Brinjal Chutney











 

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Brinjal pieces        ----- 2 cups
Green chillies        ----- 10
Salt                      ----- as required
Tamarind             ----- small piece
Oil                       ----- 4 spoons
Red chillies          ----- 2 small pieces
Black gram          ----- 2 spoons
Bengal gram        ----- 2 spoons
Curry leaves        ----- 1 spoon
Mustard seeds     ----- 1 spoon
Jeera                   ----- 1 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add green chillies in it.
  3. Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  4. Fry for 2 min.
  5. Add brinjal pieces also.
  6. Fry all for 2 min.
  7. After 2 min, make the stove off.
  8. Take fried chillies and brinjal pieces in a cup and keep aside.
  9. Cool for 10 min.
  10. After 10 min, take a jar and add green chillies in it.
  11. Add tamarind and sufficient salt in it as per your taste.
  12. Make into a paste.
  13. After making into a paste add brinjal pieces also.
  14. Make into a paste and keep aside in a cup.
  15. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  16. Add 2 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  17. Add mustard seeds, jeera and red chillie pieces in it.
  18. Fry all by mixing well.
  19. Now add black gram and bengal gram in it.
  20. Add curry leaves also in it and fry for 2 sec.
  21. Add brinjal paste also.
  22. Mix well and fry for 10 min.
  23. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  24. Take the brinjal chutney into a bowl and serve it.
  25. Now you are ready with brinjal chutney infront on you.
  26. Eat and enjoy the very tasty , spicy and yummy brinjal chutney.
  27. This is a good combination with rice, chapatis, roti and pulkas also.
