How To Make Capsicum Rice
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Capsicum pieces ----- 2 cups
Rice ----- 1 cup
Water ----- 2 cups
Red chillies ----- 2
Mustard seeds ----- 1 spoon
Black gram ----- 2 spoons
Bengal gram ----- 2 spoons
Coriander ----- 1 spoon
Turmeric powder -----1/2 spoon
Cinnamon ----- 2 small pieces
Salt ----- as required
Oil ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add water in it and heat it.
- Now wash rice in another bowl and drain water from it.
- Add washed rice to boiling water.
- Cook the rice for 15 to 20 min.
- After cooking rice, take rice into a bowl and keep aside.
- Cool it for some time.
- Take a jar and take coriander in it and make into fine powder.
- Take this powder into a cup and keep aside.
- Take cinnamon in jar and make into fine powder and keep aside in a cup separetly.
- Take red chillies and make it as a powder and keep aside in another cup.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
- Heat oil for 2 sec.
- Add mustard seeds, bengal gram and black gram in it.
- Fry all for 2 min.
- Now add capsicum pieces in it and fry for 10 min.
- Add salt in it as per your taste.
- Add turmeric powder in it.
- Mix well and add red chillie powder, coriander powder and cinnamon powder also.
- Mix well and add 4 spoons of ghee in it.
- Mix once and add cooked rice in it.
- Mix well and make the stove off.
- Take the rice into a bowl and serve.
- Now you are ready with capsicum rice infront on you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious rice item capsicum rice.
