How To Make Capsicum Rice















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Capsicum pieces      ----- 2 cups
Rice                         ----- 1 cup
Water                      ----- 2 cups
Red chillies              ----- 2
Mustard seeds         ----- 1 spoon
Black gram              ----- 2 spoons
Bengal gram            ----- 2 spoons
Coriander               ----- 1 spoon
Turmeric powder    -----1/2 spoon
Cinnamon               ----- 2 small pieces
Salt                        ----- as required
Oil                         ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add water in it and heat it.
  3. Now wash rice in another bowl and drain water from it.
  4. Add washed rice to boiling water.
  5. Cook the rice for 15 to 20 min.
  6. After cooking rice, take rice into a bowl and keep aside.
  7. Cool it for some time.
  8. Take a jar and take coriander in it and make into fine powder.
  9. Take this powder into a cup and keep aside.
  10. Take cinnamon in jar and make into fine powder and keep aside in a cup separetly.
  11. Take red chillies and make it as a powder and keep aside in another cup.
  12. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
  14. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  15. Add mustard seeds, bengal gram and black gram in it.
  16. Fry all for 2 min.
  17. Now add capsicum pieces in it and fry for 10 min.
  18. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  19. Add turmeric powder in it.
  20. Mix well and add red chillie powder, coriander powder and cinnamon powder also.
  21. Mix well and add 4 spoons of ghee in it.
  22. Mix once and add cooked rice in it.
  23. Mix well and make the stove off.
  24. Take the rice into a bowl and serve.
  25. Now you are ready with capsicum rice infront on you.
  26. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious rice item capsicum rice
