How To Make Carrot Sweet Corn Payasam
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Grated carrot ----- 1 cup
Sweet corn ----- 1 cup
Sugar ----- 1 cup
Water ----- 2 cups
Milk ----- 2 cups
Ghee ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
- After frying nuts, take the fried nuts into a cup and keep aside.
- Make the stove off.
- Now take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add sweet corn and water in it.
- Cook it for 10 min.
- After 10 min, make the stove off.
- Drain excess water and make into a paste.
- Take the paste into a cup and keep aside.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add ghee in it and heat it for 1 sec.
- Add sweet corn and carrot also in it.
- Fry both by mixing it well for 10 to 15 min.
- After 15 min, add sugar in it.
- Mix well for 5 min.
- After 5 min, you can see that sugar is totally melted.
- After add milk in it.
- Cook it for 10 min.
- After 10 min, mix well and add fried cashew nuts to it.
- Now make the stove off.
- Take the sweet into a bowl and serve.
- Now you are ready with carrot sweet corn payasam infront on you.
