How To Make CauliFlower Soup

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Cauli flower pieces         ----- 2 cups
Milk                               ----- 2 cups
Curd                              ----- 1 cup
Butter                            ----- 3 spoons
Rice flour                       ----- 3 spoons
Onion pieces                 ----- 1 cup
Salt                               ----- as required
Pepper powder             ----- 1/2 spoon
Water                           ----- as required

PROCEDURE:   

  1.  Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 1 cup of water in it and boil for 5 min.
  3. After boiling water, add cauli flower pieces in it.
  4. Wait for 5 min.
  5. After 5 min, drain water from it.
  6. After washing in hot water add washed cauli flower to the pan.
  7. Add 1 cup of water and cook for 10 min.
  8. After cooking it for 10 min, make the stove off.
  9. If water is there, drain excess water.
  10. After make the cooked cauli flower to cool for 5 min by keeping it aside.
  11. After cooling it, make it as a fine paste.
  12. Keep the paste in a cup and keep aside.
  13. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add 2 spoons of butter in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  15. Now add onion pieces in it and fry till the colour of it changes to gold colour.
  16. After frying onion pieces, add rice flour in it.
  17. Fry it by mixing well.
  18. Add milk and curd also in it.
  19. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  20. Mix once and add pepper powder in it.
  21. Mix well and boil for 10 min.
  22. After 10 min, you will get thick consistency.
  23. After add cauli flower paste in it.
  24. Mix well and cook it for 15 min by placing a plate on it.
  25. After 15 min, make the stove off.
  26. Now take the soup into a bowl and garnish with butter by adding on the soup.
  27. Now you are ready with cauli flower soup infront on you.
  28. Enjoy the very tasty and yummy soup cauliflower soup
