How To Make Coconut Burfi
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Grated coconut(raw) ----- 1 cup
Sugar ----- 1/2 cup
Butter ----- 2 spoons
Ghee ----- 1/2 cup
Milk ----- 1 cup
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Elachi powder ----- 1 spoons
PROCEDURE:
- Take a cup and add cashew nuts and water in it.
- Soak cashew nuts in water for half an hour.
- After soaking for half an hour, make the cashew nuts into paste.
- After making cashew nuts into paste, add coconut in the jar.
- Also add milk in it.
- Make coconut, milk and cashew nuts into paste.
- Keep this paste aside.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add butter in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add this paste and fry it by mixing well.
- After frying for 5 min, add sugar and ghee in it.
- Mix well for 10 min.
- Take a plate and apply ghee on the plate.
- Add elachi powder also in the pan.
- Mix well and make the stove off.
- Take the sweet into this plate and spread it.
- Cool it for 10 min. After 10 min, take the knife and cut into pieces as you like.
- Now you are ready with coconut burfi infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet coconut burfi.
