How To Make Coconut Veg Rice
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Coconut milk ----- 2 cups
Rice ----- 1 cup
Ghee ----- 1/2 cup
Salt ----- as required
Oil ----- 1/2 cup
Boiled green peas ----- 1/2 cup
Beans pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Onion pieces ----- 1 cup
Green chillie slices ----- 1/2 cup
Potato pieces ----- 1 cup
Carrot pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Cloves ----- 2
Elachi ----- 2
Cinnamon ----- 2 small pieces
Ginger garlic paste ----- 2 spoons
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 1/2 cup of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add beans pieces, boiled peas, carrot pieces and potato pieces in it.
- Fry all vegetables for 15 to 20 min.
- After frying vegetables for 20 min, make the stove off.
- Take fried vegetables into a plate and keep aside.
- Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add elachi, cloves and cinnamon in it.
- Fry all for 2 min and add ginger garlic paste in it.
- Fry for 2 min.
- Add onion pieces and green chillie slices in it.
- Fry for 15 min.
- Add 2 cups of coconut milk in it.
- Now wash the rice in a bowl.
- After washing rice, pour 2 cups of water in it and soak for 5 min.
- Boil coconut milk for 5 to 10 min.
- After boiling coconut milk, add soaked rice in it.
- Add salt in it as per your taste.
- Now mix once and keep a plate on it.
- Cook the rice for 15 to 20 min.
- After 20 min, open the plate and mix once.
- Now add fried vegetables to the cooked rice.
- Mix once and cook for 5 min by mixing well.
- After 5 min, make the stove off.
- Take the rice into a bowl and serve on a plate.
- Now you are ready with coconut veg rice infront on you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious coconut veg rice.
