How To Make Corn Pakoda


















REQUIRED ITEMS: 

Corn                             ----- 1 cup
Spinach pieces              ----- 1 cup
Gram flour                    ----- 1/2 cup
Rice flour                      ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillies                ----- 2
Ginger pieces                ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                               ----- as required
Coriander leaves           ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                 ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                                ----- as required
Water                           ----- as required

PROCEDURE:    

  1. Take a bowl and wash the corn.
  2. After washing, drain the excess water.
  3. Now make the corn into thick paste.
  4. Add salt, green chillies and ginger pieces in it.
  5. Make all into a thick paste. 
  6. Take a bowl and add corn paste in it.
  7.  Wash spinach pieces in another bowl.
  8. Add washed pieces in it.
  9. Add rice flour and gram flour in it.
  10. Add coriander leaves also in it.
  11. Add cashew nuts also in it.
  12. Mix well into a thick paste by adding sufficient water in it.
  13. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add 2 cups of oil in it 
  15. Heat it for 2 min.
  16. After 2 min, make thick paste into small quantity.
  17. Now dip into the oil one by one.
  18. Fry it for 5 min.
  19. After 5 min, you will get into golden brown colour.
  20. After frying it, remove from oil and make the stove off.
  21. Now take corn pakoda in a plate.
  22.  Now you are ready with corn pakoda infront on you.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and crispy corn pakoda or spinach corn pakoda
