How To Make Corn Pakoda
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Corn ----- 1 cup
Spinach pieces ----- 1 cup
Gram flour ----- 1/2 cup
Rice flour ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillies ----- 2
Ginger pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Salt ----- as required
Coriander leaves ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Oil ----- as required
Water ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and wash the corn.
- After washing, drain the excess water.
- Now make the corn into thick paste.
- Add salt, green chillies and ginger pieces in it.
- Make all into a thick paste.
- Take a bowl and add corn paste in it.
- Wash spinach pieces in another bowl.
- Add washed pieces in it.
- Add rice flour and gram flour in it.
- Add coriander leaves also in it.
- Add cashew nuts also in it.
- Mix well into a thick paste by adding sufficient water in it.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 2 cups of oil in it
- Heat it for 2 min.
- After 2 min, make thick paste into small quantity.
- Now dip into the oil one by one.
- Fry it for 5 min.
- After 5 min, you will get into golden brown colour.
- After frying it, remove from oil and make the stove off.
- Now take corn pakoda in a plate.
- Now you are ready with corn pakoda infront on you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty and crispy corn pakoda or spinach corn pakoda.
