How To Make Mango Burfi
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Mango pieces ----- 2 cups
Sugar ----- 3/4 cup
Milk ----- 1 cup
Grated coconut ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee ----- 2 spoons
PROCEDURE:
- Take a jar and add mango pieces in it.
- Now blend it and make into mango paste.
- Take this into a cup and keep aside.
- Now take the pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add milk and sugar in it.
- Keep in low flame.
- Mix well and boil milk till milk quantity comes to 1/4 cup.
- After milk comes to 1/4 cup of quantity, add mango paste in it.
- Mix well and add grated coconut in it.
- Mix well fully for 10 min.
- After 10 min, it comes to thick consistency.
- After 5 min, make the stove off.
- Now take a plate and apply ghee on it.
- Take this sweet in this plate and spread on it.
- Keep aside for some time to cool it.
- After keeping it for 5 min, take a knife and cut into pieces as you like in any shape of it.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 2 spoons of ghee in it.
- Heat it for 2 sec and add cashew nuts in it.
- Fry nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
- Take the fried nuts in a cup and make the stove off.
- Now garnish with cashew nuts on the pieces.
- Now you are ready with mango burfi infront on you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet mango burfi.
