How To Make Mutter Parota














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled green peas       ----- 1 cup
Green chillies              ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                            ----- as required
Plain flour                  ----- 1 cup
Water                        ----- as required
Ghee                         ----- 2 spoons
Oil                             ----- as required
Lemon juice              ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:   
  1. Take a bowl and add plain flour in it.
  2. Add sufficient salt in it as per your taste.
  3. Add ghee also in it.
  4. Add sufficient water in it to mix it.
  5. Mix well till it comes to smooth dough.
  6. After making dough keep dough aside by placing a plate on it.
  7. Take boiled peas and green chillies in a cup.
  8. Make into a fine paste.
  9. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  10. Add lime juice also in it as per your taste.
  11. Mix well and keep it aside.
  12. Take dough and make into small balls.
  13. Make small round by hand and stuff the paste in it.
  14. After stuffing, cover fully and place in a plate. 
  15. Make all balls into rotis using roti maker or with hands as you want.
  16. After making rotis, heat the pan for 5 sec.
  17. After 5 sec, add oil in it by spoon.
  18. After put roti on it.
  19. Roast roti on both sides by adding oil on it.
  20. After roasting, make the stove off.
  21. Take away the roasted roti from the pan.
  22. Take rotis in a plate and serve it.
  23. Now you are ready with mutter parota infront on you.
  24. Eat and enjoy the very crispy and tasty mutter parota.
