How To Make Peas Palak Curry











REQUIRED ITEMS:

Green peas             ----- 1 cup
Spinach pieces       ----- 2 cups
Green chillies         ----- 4
Ginger garlic paste ----- 2 spoons
Onion pieces         ----- 1 cup
Oil                        ----- as required
Salt                       ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
Water                    ----- as required
Coriander powder ----- 1 spoon

PROCEDURE:    
  1. Take a bowl and pour water in it.
  2. Now add green chillies and spinach pieces in it.
  3. Wash well for 5 to 10 min.
  4. After washing, drain water and keep it aside.
  5. Now make the stove on and keep in low flame.
  6. Now add water in it and boil water.
  7. After boiling water add green chillies and spinach in it.
  8. Boil for up to 10 min.
  9. After 10 min, drain water and keep aside to cool.
  10. Now soak green peas in sufficient water in a bowl.
  11. Soak for 1/2 hour.
  12. After 1/2 hour, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Now add 2 cups of water in it.
  14. Add soaked peas also in it.
  15. Boil peas for 10 to 15 min.
  16. After 15 min, make the stove off and drain the excess water from it.
  17. Take the boiled peas aside in a cup.
  18. Take boiled green chillies and spinach pieces in a cup and make into fine paste in a jar.
  19. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  20. Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
  21. Heat oil for 2 sec, add onion pieces in it.
  22. Fry for 5 min.
  23. Add ginger garlic paste also.
  24. Add spinach paste in it and mix well.
  25. Now add boiled peas in it.
  26. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  27. Add coriander powder also.
  28. Mix once and add 1/2 cup of water in it.
  29. Keep a plate on the pan for 5 to 10 min.
  30. After 10 min, make the stove off and take the curry into a bowl.
  31. Now you are ready with peas palak curry infront on you.
  32. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and spicy peas palak curry.
  33. This is a good combination with rice, chapatis, rotisand pulkas also.
