How To Make Ragi Flour Burelu













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Ragi flour               ----- 1 cup
Rice flour               ----- 2 spoons
Coconut powder    ----- 2 spoons
Jaggery                  ----- 1 cup
Water                    ----- as required
Oil                         ----- as required
Ghee                     ----- 3 spoons

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add jaggery pieces and 1/2 cup of water in it.
  3. Mix well till jaggery is fully melted.
  4. After take jaggery liquid into a bowl and keep aside.
  5. Take a bowl and add jaggery liquid in it.
  6. Add ragi flour and rice flour in it.
  7. Add coconut powder and ghee in it.
  8. Mix well and keep the dough aside.
  9. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add oil in it.
  11. Heat oil for 2 min.
  12. Take the dough and make into small balls.
  13. After making into balls, make into small rounds by hands.
  14. After dip one by one all rounds in the heated oil.
  15. Fry all rounds till rounds comes to light golden colour.
  16. After rounds comes to gold colour, make the stove off.
  17. Take the fried rounds into a plate.
  18. Now you are ready with ragi flour boorelu infront on you.
  19. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet ragi flour burelu
