How To Make Ragi Flour Dosa
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Black gram ----- 1/2 cup
Ragi flour ----- 1 cup
Rice flour ----- 1/2 cup
Salt ----- as required
Ghee ----- as required
Green chillie pieces ----- 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE:
- First take a bowl and add black gram in it.
- Add sufficient water in it to soak the gram.
- Keep aside for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours wash with water for upto 3 times.
- After washing dal, grind it till batter comes to soft.
- Add salt in it.
- Now add ragi flour and rice flour in it.
- Add water in it if neccesary.
- Now keep it aside for full night.
- After soaking it, you are ready to make dosa with this.
- Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- After 2 sec, add 2 spoons of ghee on the pan.
- Add green chillie pieces in the batter and mix well.
- You are ready with dosa batter.
- After add batter on it.
- Spread batter on it very thickly.
- Now add ghee on the sides of it.
- Also add ghee on the dosa.
- Roast it for 2 sec.
- Now see it by turning it back.
- If it is roasted on one side, roast it on the other side also.
- After roasting it on both sides, make the stove off.
- Take dosa on a plate and serve it with coconut chutney or ground nuts chutney.
- Now you are ready with ragi dosa infront on you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty and crispy ragi flour dosa.
