How To Make Rice Balls















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Oil                            ----- as required
Boiled rice                ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces            ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces   ----- 1/2 cup
Corn flour                ----- 1/2 cup
Plain flour                ----- 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste   ----- 2 spoons
Salt                         ----- as required
Red chillie powder   ----- as required
Water                     ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 min.
  2. After pour 2 cups of oil in it.
  3. Heat oil for 5 min.
  4. Now take a bowl and add boiled rice in it.
  5. Add corn flour and plain flour in it.
  6. Add onion pieces and green chillie pieces in it.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste in it.
  8. Mix well and add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  9. Add sufficient water in it as required.
  10. Mix well and make into small balls.
  11. Dip the balls one by one in the heated oil.
  12. Fry balls till balls comes to light gold colour.
  13. After balls comes to gold colour, make the stove off.
  14. Take the fried balls into a plate.
  15. Now you are ready with rice balls infront on you.
  16. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and crispy rice balls.
