How To Make Rice Balls
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Oil ----- as required
Boiled rice ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Corn flour ----- 1/2 cup
Plain flour ----- 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste ----- 2 spoons
Salt ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
Water ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 min.
- After pour 2 cups of oil in it.
- Heat oil for 5 min.
- Now take a bowl and add boiled rice in it.
- Add corn flour and plain flour in it.
- Add onion pieces and green chillie pieces in it.
- Add ginger garlic paste in it.
- Mix well and add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
- Add sufficient water in it as required.
- Mix well and make into small balls.
- Dip the balls one by one in the heated oil.
- Fry balls till balls comes to light gold colour.
- After balls comes to gold colour, make the stove off.
- Take the fried balls into a plate.
- Now you are ready with rice balls infront on you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty and crispy rice balls.
