How To Make Rose Burfi
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Grated coconut(raw) ----- 1 cup
Sugar ----- 3/4 cup
Elachi powder ----- 1/4 spoon
Ghee ----- 4 spoons
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Rose colour ----- 2 or 3 drops
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add coconut powder and sugar in it.
- Fry it for 20 min by mixing it well.
- After 20 min,add elachi powder in it.
- Mix once and add 3 drops of rose colour in it.
- Mix well and add 1 spoon of ghee in it.
- Mix once and make the stove off.
- Take a plate and apply ghee on the plate.
- Now spread the sweet on the plate.
- Keep the plate aside to cool it for some time.
- Wait for 5 min.
- Now take a knife and cut into pieces in any shape you like.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
- After nuts comes to gold colour, make the stove off.
- Take fried nuts in a cup and garnish on the pieces.
- Now you are ready with rose burfi infront on you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty and yummy sweet rose burfi.
