How To Make Spinach Curry












REQUIRED ITEMS:

Spinach pieces         ----- 1 cup
Mint Leaves            ----- 1 cup
Coriander leaves     ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces          ----- 2 cups
Green chillie pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Red chillies             ----- 1
Black gram             ----- 1 spoon
Bengal gram           ----- 1 spoon
Oil                         ----- as required
Water                    ----- as required
Jeera powder         ----- 1/2 spoon
Jeera                     ----- 1 spoon
Mustard seeds       ----- 1 spoon
Salt                       ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 cups of water in it.
  3. Boil water for 2 sec.
  4. After 2 sec, add mint leaves and spinach leaves in it.
  5. Add coriander leaves also in it.
  6. Boil green leafy vegetables for 15 to 20 min.
  7. After 20 min, make the stove off.
  8. Now drain the excess water from it.
  9. After take the boiled green leaves in a plate.
  10. Cool it for 15 min.
  11. After 20 min, make this into a fine paste in a jar.
  12. Take the paste into a cup and keep aside.
  13. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
  15. Add red chillies, bengal gram and black gram also in it.
  16. Add jeera and mustard seeds also.
  17.  Fry all for 2 sec.
  18. Add onion pieces and green chillie pieces also in it.
  19. Fry all till onion pieces comes to golden colour.
  20. Add green paste in it.
  21. Mix well for 10 min.
  22. Add salt as per your taste.
  23. Add jeera powder also.
  24. Mix once and add 1/2 cup of water in it.
  25. Mix well and cook it by placing a plate on it.
  26. Cook it for 5 to 10 min.
  27. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  28. Take the curry into a bowl and serve.
  29. Now you are ready with spinach curry infront on you.
  30. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious spinach curry.
  31. This is a good combination with butter naan, pulkas, roti, chapatis and rice also.
