How To Make Stuffed Capsicum Curry

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Capsicum                          ----- 4 or 5
Onion pieces                     ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces            ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                                    ----- as required
Curry leaves                     ----- 1/2 cup
Black gram                      ----- 1 spoon
Bengal gram                    ----- 1 spoon
Mustard seeds                 ----- 1/2 spoon
Jeera                               ----- 1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder             ----- 1 spoon
Salt                                 ----- as required
Red chillie powder          ----- as required
Ginger garlic paste          ----- 2 spoons
Boiled aloo                     ----- 2 or 3
Boiled peas                    ----- 1 cup
Water                            ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1.  Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
  3. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  4. After 2 sec, add jeera, mustard seeds in it.
  5. Add black gram and bengal gram also.
  6. Fry all for 2 sec and add curry leaves in it.
  7. After add onion pieces and green chillie pieces in it.
  8. Fry well till onions comes to light gold colour.
  9. Add turmeric powder in it.
  10. Take boiled aloo and green peas.
  11. Mix both and make into thick paste.
  12. Take paste separately in a small bowl.
  13. Cut capsicum into 4 sides to stuff inside.
  14. Now stuff the paste in the capsicum.
  15. After add stuffed capsicum to the pan.
  16. Now mix well and keep a plate on it.
  17. Cook for 3 min.
  18. After 3 min, mix once and add ginger garlic paste.
  19. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  20. Mix once and sprinkle water on it.
  21. Keep plate on it.
  22. Now open the plate and mix well.
  23. Now make the stove off.
  24. Take the curry into a bowl.
  25. Now you are ready with stuffed capsicum curry infront on you.
  26. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and spicy stuffed capsicum curry.
  27. This is a good combination with chapatis, roti, pulka and rice also.
