How To Make Sweet Corn Dosa
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Sweet corn ----- 1 cup
Black gram ----- 1/2 cup
Rice ----- 1/2 cup
Salt ----- as required
Jeera ----- 2 spoons
Oil ----- as required
Ghee ----- as required
Onion pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces ----- 2 spoons
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add black gram and rice in it.
- Add sufficient water in it to soak it fully.
- Soak dal and rice for 2 or 3 hours.
- After 2 hours, wash it thrice.
- After washing, add sweet corn to it.
- Grind it to make a smooth batter.
- After making into smooth dosa batter, mix once.
- Add salt in it as per your taste.
- Add jeera also in it.
- Mix well.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- After 2 sec, add 3 spoons of ghee in it.
- Heat it for 2 sec.
- Now add dosa batter on the pan and spread it as a round.
- Roast it by keeping flame in low.
- After wait for 2 sec.
- After 2 sec, add oil on the edges of dosa.
- After add onion pieces and green chillies also.
- Add oil on the pieces also.
- After roasting for 2 sec, remove from pan and serve in a plate.
- Make the stove off.
- Now you are ready with sweet corn dosa infront on you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty and yummy tiffin or snack item sweet corn dosa.
