How To Make Wheat Java Halwa
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Wheat java ----- 1 cup
Ghee ----- 4 spoons
Water ----- 4 cups
Jaggery ----- 1 cup
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
- After frying nuts, take into a cup and keep aside.
- After add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add wheat java in it.
- Fry till the colour of java changes to light gold colour.
- After colour is changed, make the stove off.
- Take fried java in a cup and keep aside.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Pour water in it and boil for 2 min.
- After 2 min, add boiled water to fried wheat java.
- Now mix well and keep on the stove.
- Keep in a low flame.
- Cook it for 20 min.
- Keep a plate on the pan.
- Mix well occasionally.
- After 20 min, add jaggery to it.
- Mix well for 15 min.
- After 15 min, add fried nuts to it.
- Now make the stove off.
- Take a plate and add 2 spoons of ghee in it and spread on it.
- Take the wheat java sweet on the plate.
- Keep aside for 20 min to cool it.
- After 20 min, take a knife and cut into pieces as you like.
- You can eat as a halwa with out cutting it.
- Now you are ready with wheat java halwa infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty and yummy sweet wheat java halwa.
