How To Make Coriander Chutney












REQUIRED ITEMS:

Coriander leaves          ----- 2 cups
Tamarind                     ----- 1/4 cup
Red chillies                  ----- 10
Rock salt                     ----- 2 or 3 spoons
Bengal gram                ----- 2 spoons
Black gram                  ----- 2 spoons
Jeera                           ----- 1/2 spoon
Oil                              ----- as required
Turmeric powder        ----- 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder      ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and wash the coriander leaves with water.
  2. After washing leaves take into a plate and keep aside.
  3. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. After add coriander leaves in it.
  5. Fry for 5 min by mixing well.
  6. Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  7. Fry for 10 min.
  8. After 10 min, add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  9. Fry for 10 min and take the leaves in a plate and keep aside.
  10. Now take tamarind in a plate and pour 1/2 glass of water in it.
  11. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Add red chillies, jeera, black gram and bengal gram in it.
  13. Fry all by mixing well for 10 min.
  14. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  15. Now take the fried items in a plate and keep aside.
  16. Wait for 10 min.
  17. After 10 min, make into a fine powder.
  18. Add coriander powder also.
  19. Add salt,soaked  tamarind, turmeric powder and fried coriander leaves in it.
  20. Now mix once and make all into a fine paste.
  21. After making into a paste take into a bowl and keep aside.
  22. Now you are ready with coriander chutney infront of you.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy chutney coriander chutney.
  24. This is a good combination with rice, rotis, chapatis, pulkas and butter naan also.
