How To Make Mysore Bonda












REQUIRED ITEMS:

Curd                        ----- 1 cup
Plain flour                 ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces            ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces   ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                          ----- as required
Jeera                        ----- 1 spoon
Baking soda             ----- small pinch
Oil                           ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add curd, plain flour in it.
  2. Add onion pieces and green chillie pieces also.
  3. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  4. Add jeera and baking soda also.
  5. Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
  6. Wait for 1 hour to soak it fully.
  7. After soaking the mixed flour, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Add 2 cups of oil in it.
  9. Heat oil for 2 sec and take the mixture and make into small balls.
  10. After heating oil, dip one by one all the balls in it.
  11. Fry the bondas till the colour of it changes to golden colour.
  12. After bonda comes to gold colour, make the stove off.
  13. Take the fried bonda from oil and serve in a plate.
  14. Now you are ready with mysore bonda infront of you.
  15. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, crispy and yummy snack item mysore bonda
