How To Make Aloo Methi Curry
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled potatoes               -------  2
Onion pieces                  -------  1 cup
Green chillie pieces        -------  1/2 cup
Ginger pieces                -------  1/2 cup
Garlic pieces                 -------  1/2 cup
Oil                               -------  as required
Curry leaves                -------  1/2 cup
Menthi leaves              -------  1 cup
Salt                             -------  as required for taste
Pepper seeds              -------  4
Bengal gram               -------  2 spoons

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
  3. Heat the oil for 2 sec.
  4. Add bengal gram in it and mix it.
  5. Add onion pieces, green chillie pieces also.
  6. Fry for 5 min.
  7. Add curry leaves in it.
  8. Add ginger and garlik pieces also.
  9. Mix well for 5 min.
  10. Add menthi leaves in it.
  11. Mix well for 5 min.
  12. Peel the skin of the potatoes and cut into pieces.
  13. Add the potato pieces also.
  14. Mix for 2 min.
  15. Add salt, pepper seeds also.
  16. Mix well for 3 min.
  17. Make the stove off.
  18. Then take into a bowl and serve it.
  19. Now you are ready with aloo menthi curry.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty aloo methi curry.
  21. You can eat with the combination of rice or chapathi or pulka. 

How To Make Bendi Masala














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Ladys finger                   -------  10
Red chillies                    -------  3 or 4
Salt                               -------  as required
Onion pieces                 -------  1/2 cup
Oil                                -------  as required


PROCEDURE:

  1. Take ladys fingers and wash them and keep aside.
  2. Cut ladys fingers in long slices and cut into half.
  3. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add oil in the pan and heat oil for 2 min.
  5. Add ladys fingers to the heated oil.
  6. Fry pieces till pieces comes to golden brown colour.
  7. After colour is changed, take out of the oil.
  8. Make the stove off.
  9. Take a plate and add red chillies salt in it.
  10. Make it as a powder using mixy jar or as you want to grind in any thing you want.
  11. Add onion pieces to the powder and grind it as a paste using a mixy.
  12. Take the paste into a cup or plate.
  13. Then stuff the paste into the fried ladys fingers.
  14. You are ready with bendi masala.
  15. Eat and enjoy the very spicy dish.
  16. You can eat with the combination of rice.
  17. It is very tasty.

How To Make Navaratan Kurma Curry












REQUIRED ITEMS:

Carrot pieces                             -------  1 cup
Beans pieces                             -------  1 cup
Green chillie pieces                   -------  1 cup
Cauli flower pieces                   -------  1 cup
Boiled potatoes                        -------  1 cup
Apple pieces                            -------  1/2 cup
Grapes                                     -------  1/2 cup
Pine apple pieces                     -------  1/2 cup
Cashew nuts paste                   -------  1 cup
Almonds                                 -------  4 or 5
Milk                                       -------  1 cup
Sugar                                     -------  4 spoons
Oil                                         -------  as required
Butter                                    -------  1 /2 cup

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil and butter in it.
  3. Heat butter till it is totally melted.
  4. Add green chillies, carrot pieces, beans, cauliflower pieces also.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add almonds also.
  7. Mix once and add milk in it.
  8. Cook for 15 min by placing plate on the pan.
  9. After 10 min, smash boiled potatoes and add to the cooked milk.
  10. Mix well and add apple pieces, pine apple pieces and grapes also.
  11. Place plate on it.
  12. After 2 sec, add salt, sugar on it.
  13. Mix it and add cashew nuts paste.
  14. Mix once and take into a bowl.
  15. You are ready with the curry.
  16. Eat and enjoy the delicious navaratan kurma curry.

How To Make Crispy Onion Pakoda

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Onions                          -------  4
Green chillies                 -------  4
Salt                               -------  as required
Red chillie powder        -------  as required
Rice flour                      -------  1 cup
Gram flour                    -------  1/2 cup
Oil                                -------  as required
Water                           -------  as required

PROCEDURE:     

  1. Take onions and green chillies and wash it.
  2. Cut onions and green chillies in long slices.
  3. Take a bowl and add cutted onion and green chillie pieces on it.
  4. Add rice flour and gram flour in it.
  5. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your tasty.
  6. Then mix with water.
  7. The mixed  flour should be in the thicker consistency.
  8. Take a pan and heat for 2 sec.
  9. Add 2 cups of oil in it.
  10. Heat the oil for 5 min.
  11. Dip the flour in small quantity using hand.
  12. Fry it till it comes to golden colour.
  13. After pakodi comes to golden colour, take into a plate.
  14. Now you are ready with crispy pakodi infront of you.
  15. Eat and enjoy the crispy and very tasty onion pakoda.             

How To Make Carrot Rice

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Carrots                          -------  3 or 4
Green chillies                 -------  4
Potatoes                       -------   3
Rice                             -------   1 cup
Salt                              -------   as required
Oil                               -------   as required
Water                         -------    as required
Ghee                          -------    1 cup
Beans                        -------    10
Peas                          -------    1/2 cup
Cashew nuts              -------    1 cup

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a container and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of rice in it.
  3. Cook rice for 15 min.
  4. After cooking the rice, keep aside and cool it for 10 min.
  5. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Add water in it.
  7. Add peas in it and boil for 10 min.
  8. Wash beans and cut the into pieces.
  9. After cooking peas, add to the boiled rice.
  10. Take a container and add water and beans in it.
  11. Boil beans in the container for 10 min.
  12. After cooking beans, add boiled beans to the rice.
  13. Wash the vegetables means carrots, green chillies and potatoes.
  14. Peel the skin of the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
  15. Peel the skin of the carrots and grate with the grater.
  16. Take green chillies and cut into long slices.
  17. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  18. Add oil in the pan and heat it for 5 min.
  19. Add green chillies and fry till chillies comes to golden colour.
  20. Once chillies comes to golden colour, take out of the oil.
  21. Then add fried chillies to the cooked rice.
  22. Then in that oil only, add potato pieces also.
  23. Fry potato pieces till potatoes comes to golden brown.
  24. After potato pieces comes to golden colour, 
  25. Add to the cooked rice.
  26. Mix the rice well.
  27. Make the stove off.
  28. Take a pan and place it on the stove and heat it for 2 sec.
  29. Add 4 spoons of ghee in it.
  30. Heat ghee and add cashew nuts in it.
  31. Fry nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  32. Add fried nuts to the cooked rice.
  33. In the same pan add remaining ghee and heat it for 2 sec.
  34. Add grated carrots in the pan.
  35. Fry carrots till it comes to golden colour.
  36. After frying carrots, add to the boiling rice.
  37. Add salt to the cooked rice.
  38. Mix the rice, till it is totally mixed.
  39. Now you are ready with carrot rice.
  40. Eat and enjoy the very delicious and tasty carrot rice.

How To Make Sabudana Vada



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Potatoes                     ------- 2
Green chillies              ------- 1 or 2
Sago                          ------- 1 cup
Salt                           ------- as required
Red chillie powder    ------- as required
Oil                           ------- as required
Water                      ------ as required for boiling

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add water in it.
  3. Also add potatoes and boil for 15 min.
  4. After 15 min, take the potatoes away from water.
  5. Cool it  for 5 min.
  6. Then take the potatoes and peel off the skin on it.
  7. Smash the potatoes with hand.
  8. Take the smashed potatoes in a mixing bowl.
  9. Take sago in a bowl and add water in it.
  10. Soak sago in water for 2 hours.
  11. After sago is soaked in water, take sago in the mixing bowl.
  12. Add salt and red chillie powder of 2 spoons each or as you want for your taste.
  13. Cut green chillie into pieces and add to the bowl.
  14. Mix well and make the mixture in small balls.
  15. Then keep a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  16. Take oil for deep fry, means pour 2 cups of oil in the pan.
  17. Heat oil for 5 min.
  18. Make the balls into small rounds using hand only.
  19. Take the rounds and dip in the heated oil.
  20. Fry the puri till it comes to golden colour.
  21. After it comes to golden colour, keep away from oil.
  22. Make the stove off.
  23. Take the puri into a plate and serve.
  24. Eat and enjoy the very crispy and tasty sabudana vada.

How To Make Plain Flour Halwa
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Plain flour(maida)                 ------- 1 cup
Sugar                                  ------- 1 1/2 cup
Water                                 ------- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                       ------- 1/2 cup
Ghee                                  ------- 1 cup
Food colour                       ------- pinch of colour

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts in it.
  4. Fry the nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  5. Keep aside in a cup.
  6. Take the remaining ghee and add to the heated pan.
  7. Add plain flour in it.
  8. Mix well till comes to light golden colour.
  9. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add water and sugar in it.
  11. Add  food colour also in it.
  12. Mix well till sugar is totally melted.
  13. Make the sugar syrup into thin consistency.
  14. After syrup is boiled, add fried plain flour in it.
  15. Mix well and cook for 10 min.
  16. After flour is cooked, it comes to very closer.
  17. Then add fried cashew nuts in it.
  18. Then it is ready.
  19. Eat and enjoy the delicious sweet plain flour halwa.
      

How To Make Corn Flour Halwa












REQUIRED ITEMS:

Milk                       -------    1 1/2 cup
Sugar                     -------    1 cup
Cashew nuts          -------    1/2 cup
Corn flour              -------    2 spoons
Ghee                     -------    1/2 cup
Food colour          -------    pinch of red colour  


PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 1 cup of milk in it.
  3. Keep it in low flame only.
  4. Boil milk and add sugar.
  5. Add food colour in it and mix well.
  6. Boil for 10 min.
  7. Then, take a cup and add 2 spoons of corn flour and 1/2 cup of milk in it.
  8. Mix as a liquid.
  9. Then, add corn juice to the boiling milk.
  10. Mix well to make it as a thick consistency.
  11. Make the stove off.
  12. Take into a plate.
  13. Cool it for 10 min.
  14. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  15. Add ghee in it and heat for 2 sec.
  16. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till it comes to golden colour.
  17. Take away and keep aside.
  18. After cooling the sweet, cut into pieces as you like.
  19. Garnish with fried cashew nuts.
  20. So it is ready.
  21. Eat and enjoy the delicious sweet corn flour halwa.

How To Make Aloo Bajji












REQUIRED ITEMS:

Gram flour                    -------  1 cup
Salt                               -------  as required
Red chillie powder        -------   as required
Potatoes                       -------   2
Water                           -------   as required


PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a bowl and add gram flour.
  2. Add salt, red chillie powder also.
  3. Mix well by adding sufficient water in it.
  4. Make it as a light thick consistency.
  5. Take potatoes and wash it.
  6. Peel the skin on it.
  7. Cut into round slices.
  8. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Add oil in it.
  10. Heat the oil for 2 sec.
  11. Then dip the slices in the gram flour.
  12. Then add to the oil.
  13. Fry it till it comes to golden colour.
  14. After it comes to gold colour, take away from oil.
  15. Then make the stove off.
  16. Eat bajji very hot only.
  17. Eat and enjoy the tasty aloo bajji.

How To Make Mal Kova

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Plain flour                  ---------- 1 cup
Milk                         ---------- 1 litre
Ghee                        ---------- 1 cup
Elachi                       ---------- 1/2 spoon
Sugar                       ---------- 2 cups
Dry fruits                 ---------- 1/2 cup
Oil                          ---------- as required
Rice flour                --------- 2 spoons
Sweet kova            --------- 4 spoons
Water                    --------- 1 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a container and pour 1 litre of milk.
  2. Boil milk, till it comes to 1/4 litre.
  3. Add elachi powder and sugar in it.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Take a pan and heat it.
  6. Add ghee in it and heat it till it comes to liquid state.
  7. Add dry fruits in it.
  8. Fry dry fruits till it comes to golden colour.
  9. Keep aside.
  10. In that pan add oil and heat it.
  11. Take milk into a bowl.
  12. Add plain flour to the milk.
  13. Mix rice flour and sweet kova in the milk.
  14. Take 1 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 cup of water in a bowl.
  15. Mix well to make it as a syrup.
  16. Keep aside.
  17. After oil is heated, take the dough and make it as a small rounds using hands.
  18. Then fry the rounds untill it comes to golden colour.
  19. After it comes to gold colour, remove from oil.
  20. Take into a plate.
  21. Then, dip the rounds in the prepared syrup.
  22. Make the rounds turn on both sides to absorb the syrup.
  23. Then take into another plate and garnish with fried dry fruits.
  24. Eat and enjoy the delicious sweet mal kova.

How To Make Palak Paneer Vada

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Spinach pieces                         -------------1 cup
Paneer pieces                          -------------1 cup
Corn flour                                ------------ 1 cup
Bread slices                             ------------ 1 cup
Rice flour                                 ----------- 1 cup
Onion pieces                          ------------ 1 cup
Salt                                         ------------ as required
Red chillie powder                ------------ as required
Oil                                         ------------ as required
Water                                    ------------ as required

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add rice flour and corn flour.
  2. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add 2 spoons of oil on the pan and heat it.
  4. Add washed spinach pieces on the pan.
  5. Fry spinach pieces for 5 min.
  6. After frying spinach, keep aside for cooling.
  7. After cooling it, take into a mixy jar.
  8. Add bread slices, paneer pieces, onion pieces also.
  9. Make it as a paste.
  10. Then add this to the bowl.
  11. Add salt and red chillie powder to the bowl.
  12. Mix well to make into a rough dough.
  13. If necessary, add water also.
  14. Then make into small balls.
  15. Make into small rounds using hand.
  16. Keep oil for deep fry.
  17. After oil is heated, dip the rounds also.
  18. Fry the small rounds till it comes to golden colour.
  19. After coming to golden colour, remove from oil and take into a plate.
  20. Make the stove off.
  21. Serve in another plate.
  22. These are very tasty.

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Cashew nuts                       ------- 1 cup
Ghee                                  ------- 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds                   ------- 1 spoon
Green chillie pieces            ------- 1/4 cup
Onion paste                      ------- 1/2 cup
Tomato paste                    ------- 1/2 cup
Ginger-garlic paste            ------- 4 spoons
Dried coconut powder      ------- 2 spoons
Coriander powder            ------- 3 spoons
Curd                                ------- 1/2 cup
Salt                                  ------- as required
Red chillie powder            ------- as required
Coriander leaves              ------- as required
Curry leaves                    ------- as required


PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee on the pan and heat it till it comes to liquid form.
  3. Fry cashew nuts on it.
  4. Add mustard seeds, green chillie pieces and curry leaves also.
  5. Fry them.
  6. Add onion paste,tomato paste and ginger-garlic paste also.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add dried coconut powder,coriander powder also.
  9. Add salt and red chillie powder also.
  10. Add water as required and cook it for 5 min.
  11. Place a plate on it.
  12. After 5 min, add curd and mix well.
  13. Take into a bowl and add coriander leaves in it.
  14. Eat and enjoy the very tasty curry kaju Curry.

How To Make Bottle Gourd Halwa




















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated bottle gourd          ------- 1 cup
Ghee                                ------- 1 cup
Milk                                ------- 1 1/2 cup
Sugar                              ------- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                   ------- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:     

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 3 spoons of ghee and heat it till it comes to liquid form.
  3. Add cashew nuts and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
  4. Keep the fried cashew nuts in a cup.
  5. Add remaining ghee on the heated pan.
  6. Fry the grated bottle gourd till raw smell of the bottle gourd is completely gone.
  7. Add milk to the fried bottle gourd.
  8. Cook the grated bottle gourd in the milk.
  9. Cook for 15 min.
  10. Add sugar and stir well.
  11. After sugar is totally melted, add fried cashew nuts to the sweet.
  12. Mix well.
  13. Now take into a bowl and serve it.
  14. Eat and enjoy the delicious sweet bottle gourd halwa.

Green peas                 ------- 1/2 cup
Butter                         ------- 1/2 spoon
Onion pieces              ------- 1/2 cup
Green chilli pieces      ------- 1/4 cup
Potatoes                    ------- 2
Salt                           ------- as required
Coriander leaves       ------- as required
Coriander powder     ------ as required
Pepper powder        ------- as required
Cloves                     ------- 2
Cinnamon                ------- 2 pieces
Ginger-garlic paste   ------- 2 spoons
Coconut powder      ------- 2 spoons
Oil                          -------- as required
Water                     -------- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a container and heat it.
  2. Add water and add green peas and boil.
  3. After boling peas, keep aside.
  4. Add water and add potatoes.
  5. Boil potatoes.
  6. After boiling potatoes, peel off the skin and cut into pieces.
  7. Add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of rice in a container.
  8. Boil rice and keep aside to cool it for some time.
  9. Take a pan and heat it forb 2 sec.
  10. After heating the pan, add butter and heat it till it comes to liquid form.
  11. Add onion pieces,green chillie pieces and fry it.
  12. Add ginger garlic paste, cinnamon, cloves also.
  13. Fry for 2 sec.
  14. Add boiled peas, boiled potatoes to it.
  15. Fry for 2 min.
  16. Add 2 spoons of coconut powder, 2 spoons of coriander powder.
  17. Mix well.
  18. Add salt also.
  19. Add boiled rice also.
  20. Mix it completely.
  21. Also add pepper powder.
  22. Mix well and add coriander leaves .
  23. Mix it.
  24. Take into another plate and serve.
  25. Eat and enjoy the tasty green peas rice.

How To Make Mysore Pak
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Gram flour                    ------- 1 cup
Ghee                            ------- 1 cup
Water                          ------- 1/2 cup
Sugar                           ------- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                 ------- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it till it comes to liquid state.
  3. Add cashew nuts and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
  4. Take a container and heat it.
  5. Add 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water.
  6. Mix well till it till it is melted.
  7. Then make into a thin syrup.
  8. Take a pan and heat it.
  9. Add ghee and heat it.
  10. Add gram flour and fry it.
  11. Fry thoroughly.
  12. Next add sugar syrup to the fried gram flour.
  13. Mix it till it comes to thickest form.
  14. Next take a plate and apply ghee on it.
  15. Spread the sweet on the plate.
  16. Cool it for some time.
  17. After cooling the sweet, cut into pieces in any shape you want.
  18. Garnish with fried cashew nuts on the cutted pieces.
  19. Eat and enjoy the delocious sweet mysore pak.

How To Make 7 Cups Sweet

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Gram flour                     ------ 1 cup
Ghee                             ------ 1 cup
Sugar                            ------ 1 cup
Milk                              ------ 1 cup
Oil                                 ------ 1 cup
Grated raw coconut      ------- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                 ------- 1 cup


PROCEDURE:

  1. First take a pan and heat it.
  2. Add ghee to fry cashew nuts.
  3. Fry cashew nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  4. Keep aside.
  5. Add ghee to fry gram flour.
  6. Fry gram flour in ghee.
  7. Mix well to avoid lumps.
  8. Add milk, grated coconut, oil and sugar.
  9. Mix thoroughly till it comes to thickest form.
  10. Take another pan and heat it.
  11. Add 2 spoons of ghee and heat it.
  12. Make the stove off.
  13. Take a plate and apply heated ghee on it.
  14. Spread the sweet on the plate.
  15. Keep aside and cool it for some time.
  16. After cooling it, cut into pieces in any shape you want.
  17. Garnish with fried cashew nuts on the pieces.
  18. Serve it.
  19. Eat and enjoy the very tasty 7 cups sweet.   

How To Make Carrot Payasam










REQUIRED ITEMS:

Carrots                     ------ 2
Cashew nuts             ------ 1/2 cup
Ghee                        ------ 1 cup
Milk                         ------ 1 cup
Sugar                       ------ 3/4 cup
Sweet kova              ------ 1 cup


 PROCEDURE:

  1. Take carrots and peel the skin and grate it using a grater.
  2. Take a pan and heat it.
  3. Keep in a low flame.
  4. Take 4 spoons of ghee and heat it.
  5. Fry cashew nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  6. Add grated carrots also and fry till it comes to light brown.
  7. Add milk and boil.
  8. After milk is boiled, add sugar and stir it.
  9. Add kova also.
  10. Boil sweet for 10 min.
  11. After 10 min, it comes to thickest form.
  12. Take the sweet in a bowl.
  13. Garnish with fried cashew nuts.
  14. Eat and enjoy the delicious sweet carrot payasam.

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Tomato pieces                      ------ 2 cups.
Boiled potatoes                    ------ 2 or 3
Onion pieces                       ------ 2 cups(cut in vertical)
Green chilli pieces               ------ 1/2 cup(cut in vertical)
Salt                                    ------ as required
Red chilli powder               ------ as required
Garam masala powder       ------ as required
Coriander powder             ------ as required
Water                               ------ as required
Oil                                   ------ as required

PROCEDURE:     

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 4 spoons of oil and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add onion pieces, green chilli pieces in it.
  4. Fry pieces for 5 min.
  5. Take boiled potatoes and peel the skin.
  6. Smash the potatoes and add to the fried vegetables.
  7. Add salt, red chillie powder also.
  8. pour water in it till vegetables are completely dipped on it.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Add garam masala and corinder powder also.
  11. Mix well.
  12. Put a plate on it.
  13. Allow it to cook for 10 min.
  14. Then you are ready with tasty aloo tomato curry.
  15. Eat with the combination of chapati or roti.  

How To Make Carrot Chutney













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Carrots                         ------- 2
Salt                              ------- as required
Red chillie powder        ------ as required
Lemon                         ------ 2 big size
Oil                               ------ as required
Mustard seeds             ------ 1 spoon
Jeera                           ------ 1 spoon
Urad dal                      ------ 1 1/2 spoon
Asafoedia                    ------ 1/2 spoon
Garlic                          ------ 3 or 4 pieces

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a carrot and oeel the skin on it.
  2. Cut the carrot in small pieces.
  3. Grind the carrot pieces in a jar, using mixy or as you wish.
  4. Add salt and red chillie powder to it.
  5. Make it as a paste using mixy.
  6. Take juice from lemon using juice extracter.
  7. Add lime juice to the chutney.
  8. Take a pan and heat it.
  9. Add 4 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. After oil is heated, add garlic pieces, mustard seeds and jeera also.

How To Make Egg Bonda
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Eggs                            ----------- 4                  
Gram flour                   ----------- 1 cup       
Salt                             ----------- 2 spoons
Red chillie powder      ----------- 2 spoons
Water                        ----------- as required
Oil                             ----------- as required

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and add oil on it.
  2. Take a bowl and add gram flour, salt and red chillie powder.
  3. Pour water in it to make a thick paste.
  4. Take a container and add water.
  5. Take 4 eggs in it.
  6. Boil eggs in water.
  7. Remove the upper part of the boiled eggs.
  8. Then dip the boiled eggs on the thick paste and deep fry in the oil.
  9. Fry the bonda till it comes to light yellow.
  10. Remove from oil.
  11. Make the stove off.
  12. Then cut the eggs in vertical or horizontal pieces.
  13. Eat and enjoy the very tasty snack egg bonda.

How To Make Wheat Flour Burfi















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Wheat flour          ----- 1 cup
Sugar                  ----- 1 cup
Water                 ----- 3/4 cup
Ghee                  ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts       ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:    

  1. Take a pan and heat it.
  2. Keep it in a low flame.
  3. Add 1 cup of sugar and 3/4 cup of water.
  4. Mix well to make it a thin syrup.
  5. Take another pan and heat it.
  6. Add cashew nuts and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
  7. Keep the fried cashew nuts in a cup.
  8. Add the remaining ghee to the pan.
  9. Heat it and add wheat flour to it.
  10. Fry wheat flour thoroughly.
  11. Mix well for not getting any lumps.
  12. Next add the thin syrup to the fried wheat flour.
  13. Cook the wheat flour for 10 min.
  14. Take a plate and apply ghee on it.
  15. Spread the sweet on the applied plate.
  16. Cool it for some time.
  17. Take a knife and cut into pieces in any shape you want.
  18. Garnish with the fried cashew nuts on the pieces.

How To Make Paneer Butter Masala Curry















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Red chillies                     ------ 2
Onion pieces                  ------ 1 cup
Tomato pieces                ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces         ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                   ----- 1 cup
Oil                                  ----- 4 spoons
Salt                                ------ as required
Red chillie powder         ------ as required
Garam masala                ------ as required
Ginger-garlic paste         ------ 2 spoons
Turmeric powder           ------ 1/2 spoon
Butter                            ------ 1 spoon
Paneer pieces                ------ 1/2 cup
Water                           ------ 1 cup

PROCEDURE:     

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Take 2 spoons of oil and heat it.
  3. Add red chillies,1/2 cup of onions, tomatoes,cashew nuts.
  4. Fry for 5 to 10 min.
  5. After 10 min, grind it as a paste.
  6. Take another pan and add 2 spoons of oil.
  7. Heat the oil and add onions, green chillies and ginger- garlic paste.
  8. ADDsalt,red chillie powder and turmeric powder also.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Also add paneer pieces and garam masala.
  11. Add the tomato paste also.
  12. Add water as required for cooking.
  13. Cook for 10 min.
  14. Place a plate on the pan while cooking.
  15. Then take it in a bowl and garnish with butter on it.
  16. Also garnish with cashew nuts.
  17. Eat and enjoy the paneer butter masala curry.
            

How To Make Aloo Cutlet

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice flour                     ----- 1 cup
Potatoes                      ----- 2
Salt                             ----- as required
Red chillie powder      ----- as required
Onion pieces              ----- 1 cup
Oil                             ----- as required for deep fry

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a bowl and add rice flour.
  2. Boil the potatoes and peel the skin of potatoes.
  3. Grate the potatoes.
  4. Add the grated potatoes to the flour.
  5. Add the salt and red chillie powder also.
  6. Add onion pieces also.
  7. Take another pan and add oil on the pan.
  8. Heat the oil for 5 min.
  9. Then mix the flour with sufficient water, to make it a dough.
  10. Make small balls with the dough.
  11. Then make a small round with the hand.
  12. Fry the dough in the oil till it comes to golden colour.
  13. Take away from the oil.
  14. Remove from flame.
  15. Eat and enjoy the delicious and very tasty aloo cutlet.

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice                                   ----- 1 cup
Tomatoes                           ----- 4                       
Ginger-garlic paste             ----- 1 spoon

Ghee                                 -----  4 spoons
Potato pieces                     ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces                      ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces             ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                       ----- 1 cup
Carrot pieces                     ----- 1 cup
Water                                ----- 2 cups
Salt                                   ----- as required to taste

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a container and add tomatoes.
  2. Pour 1 cup of  water for boiling.
  3. After boiling the tomatoes, peel of the skin of 4 tomatoes.
  4. Take juice from tomatoes.
  5. Take the juice in a cup.
  6. Drain the water in the container.
  7. In that container, add ghee.
  8. Fry cashew nuts and keep aside after cashew nuts comes to golden colour.
  9. Take 4 spoons of oil and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 min.
  11. Add onion pieces, green chillie pieces, potato pieces and carrot pieces also.
  12. Fry vegetables for 5 min.
  13. Wash the rice.
  14. Add rice to the vegetables.
  15. Fry the rice.
  16. Mix well for 2 sec.
  17. Pour 1 cup of tomato juice.
  18. Mix it.
  19. Pour 1 cup of water in it.
  20. Add salt and mix completeil once.
  21. Place a plate on the container.
  22. After rice is cooked, mix it and add ghee.
  23. Remove from flame.
  24. Take tomato rice in a bowl and garnish with cashew nuts.
  25. Now you have a delicious tomato rice.

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bread slices               ------- 10
Sugar                        ------- 1/2 cup
Milk                          ------ 1/2 cup
Ghee                         ------ as required
Cashew nuts             ------ 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:             

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Keep in a low flame.
  3. Add ghee and heat it.
  4. Fry cashew nuts till it comes to golden colour.
  5. Keep aside.
  6. Boil milk in another pan.
  7. Take a pan and heat it.
  8. Add ghee in it for frying bread slices.
  9. Remove sides of bread slices.
  10. Fry in ghee till slices comes to golden colour.
  11. After frying the slices, dip the slices in the boiled milk.
  12. Then add sugar to the milk.
  13. Mix it thoroughly.
  14.  After sugar is melted, remove from flame.
  15. Take the sweet in another bowl.
  16. Garnish with cashew nuts.

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sweet corn                         ------ 1 cup
Dried coconut powder         ------ 1 cup
Milk                                    ------ 1 cup
Ghee                                   ------ 4 spoons
Custard powder                  ------ 4 spoons
Badam nuts                         ------ 1 spoon
Dry fruits                             ------ 1 cup
Sugar                                 ------- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                      ------- 1 cup

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Keep in a low flame.
  3. Take 4 spoons of ghee and heat it.
  4. Fry badam nuts,dry fruits,cashew nuts for 5 min.
  5. Keep aside.
  6. Take a container and add sweet corn.
  7. Boil sweet corn for 3 min.
  8. Boil milk.
  9. Take 4 spoons of custard powder and water in a cup and mix it.
  10. Add this custard to the boiling milk.
  11. Boil the milk for 2 min.
  12. Stir it till milk comes to thickest form.
  13. Drain excess water from the boiled sweet corn.
  14. Add milk to the boiled sweet corn.
  15. Add 1 cup of sugar to the boiled milk.
  16. Mix well.
  17. After sugar is melted completely, add fried dry fruits, badam nuts, cashew nuts.
  18. Fry dried coconut powder in ghee.
  19. Add fried coconut powder to boiled milk.
  20. Then add 2 spoons of ghee to milk.
  21. Now you are ready with delicious sweet corn payasam.

How To Make Meetha Pulao














REQUIRED ITEMS:

 Rice                             --------- 1 cup
Ghee                             --------- 4 spoons
Dry fruits                        --------- 1/2 cup
Food colour                   --------- 1 spoon
Raw coconut powder     --------- 1 cup
Sweet kova                    --------- 2 spoons
Water                             --------- 3 cups
Jaggery                            --------- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                    --------- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. keep it in a small flame.
  3. After heating the pan, take 2 spoons of ghee.
  4. Heat the ghee till it comes to liquid state.
  5. Add  dry fruits and cashew nuts to the ghee.
  6. Fry dry fruits and cashew nuts untill they comes to golden colour.
  7. Keep aside in a cup.
  8. In that pan, add 2 spoons of ghee.
  9. After ghee is heated, add  1 cup of jaggery.
  10. Add 1 cup of water.
  11. Mix well untill it is totally melted.
  12. Mix thoroughly to get thin syrup.
  13. Then add pinch of food colour.
  14. Mix it and add 1 cup of rice.
  15. Mix well and pour 2 cups of water.
  16. Place a plate on the pan.
  17. Cook the rice.
  18. It takes upto 15 min.
  19. After rice is cooked,mix well.
  20. Then remove from flame.
  21. Take meetha pulao in a separate bowl.
  22. Garnish with dry fruits and cashew nuts.
  23. You are ready with delicious sweet mitha pulav.
  24. Eat and enjoy. 

How To Make Bambino Lime Bath


















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bambino vermicelli        ------ 1 cup
Lemon                          ------ 4 or 5
Green chillies                 ------ 5 or 6
Curry leaves                  ------ 1/2 cup
Red chillies                    ------ 3 or 4
Jeera                             ------ 1 1/2 spoon
Mustard seeds               ------ 2 spoons 
Bengal gram dal             ------ 2 spoons
Turmeric powder           ------ 1/2 spoon
Oil                                 ------ 5 spoons
Salt                                ------ as required for taste
Water                            ------ 3 cups
Ground  nuts                  ------ 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                  ------ 1/2 cup      
PROCUDURE:

  1. Take a container and heat it in a low flame.
  2. Add 3 cups of water and boil water in high flame.
  3. In the water, add 1 tsp oil,1 tsp salt and 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder.
  4. After boiling the water, keep in a low flame.
  5. Add bambino vermicelli and cook for 10 min.
  6. After bambino vermicelli is cooked, remove from flame.
  7. Remove the remaining water.
  8. Run cold water through it.
  9. Strain the water completely.
  10. Keep aside.
  11. Take another pan and take 4 spoons of oil.
  12. Heat the oil and add ground nuts,cashew nuts.
  13. Add red chillies,green chillies,mustard seeds,jeera also.
  14. Add bengal gram dal and curry leaves also.
  15. After these are fried, add salt to taste.
  16. Remove from flame.
  17. Add this to boiled bambino.
  18. Take juice from lemon.
  19. Add lemon juice to boiled bambino vermicelli.
  20. Mix well and take into a bowl.
  21. So, you are ready with bambino lime bath or semiya pulihara.
  22. Eat and enjoy the taste.

  8. Add bambino vermicelli and fry till it comes to golden colour.
  9. Take fried bambino vermicelli in a cup.
  10. In that pan, add 1 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water.
  11. Boil milk.

How To Make Aalu Paneer Kulcha



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Wheat flour           -------- 3 cups
potato                   ------- 1
Onion pieces         ------- 1/2 cup
Curry leaves          ------- 1/2 cup
Pudina leaves        ------- 1/2 cup
Grated paneer       ------- 1/2 cup
Salt                       ------- as required for taste
Red chillie powder ------- 1 spoon
Water                    ------- as required

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a container and add some water and boil.
  2. Add potato and boil it.
  3. After potato is boiled, peel it.
  4. Grate the potato.
  5. Take a bowl and add grated potato.
  6. Add onion pieces,salt, red chillie powder, grated paneer.
  7. Add curry leaves and pudina leaves also.
  8. Mix it and keep aside for half an hour.
  9. Take wheat flour, salt, oil and water in a bowl.
  10. Mix it to make it a dough.
  11. Keep the dough aside for half an hour.
  12. Take small quantity if dough and make it as a chapati.
  13. And put this stuff on the chapati.
  14. Make another chapati and cover the stuff using this chapati.
  15. Cover this chapati.
  16. Take a pan and place it on the stove.
  17. Heat the pan and heat the chapati.
  18. Now you are ready with tasty aalu paneer kulcha.

How To Make Carrot Halwa














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated carrot             ------        2 cups
Milk                           ------       2 cups
Ghee                          ------       4 spoons
Sugar                          ------      1 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                ------      1/2 cup
Water                          -------      2  cups


PROCEDURE:


  1. First  take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. After it is heated, take 2 spoons of ghee.
  3. After ghee is heated,add cashew nuts in it.
  4. Fry cashew nuts untill they come to golden colour.
  5. Take fried cashew nuts into a cup and keep it aside.
  6. Add 2 spoons of ghee in that pan and heat it.
  7. Heat ghee for 2 sec.
  8. After ghee is heated,add grated carrot and fry it.
  9. Fry the carrot untill the raw carrot smell is gone.
  10. Fry the carrot till it comes to golden colour.
  11. Add  2 cups of milk to it.
  12. Mix well.
  13. Add  2 cups of water in it.
  14. Close the pan with a plate.
  15. To cook the carrot, it takes 15 min.
  16. Add 1 1/2 cup of sugar to the cooked carrot.
  17. Stirr it completely once untill sugar is completely melted.
  18. Add fried cashew nuts to it.
  19. Mix well.
  20. Take it in a another bowl.
  21. And garnish with cashew nuts to it.
  22. We have the delicious sweet infront on you.
  23. Now enjoy the carrot halwa.

How To Make Papad Bonda

REQUIRED ITEMS:

  Papads                           ------------  3
  Dosa dough                   -------------  2 cups
  Green chillies                 -------------  2
  Onion pieces                 -------------  1 cup
  Curry leaves                  -------------  1/2 cup
  Oil                                -------------   as required for deep fry
  Salt                               ------------    as required
  Coriander leaves           ------------    1/2 cup
  
PROCEDURE:

  1. First take a bowl.
  2. Take dosa dough and add onion pieces.
  3. Cut the green chillies in small pieces.
  4. Add green chillie pieces in the dosa dough bowl.
  5. Also add  curry leaves and coriander leaves also.
  6. Take a pan and place it on the stove.
  7. Heat the pan in low flame.
  8. Pour oil in that pan.
  9. To heat the oil it takes 3 min.
  10. After oil is heated ,Fry the papads  in the oil.
  11. Cut the papad into small pieces and  add in the bowl and mix it.
  12. Mix salt to taste.
  13. Mix well and make small balls .
  14. Then deep fry in the oil till they comes to golden colour.
  15. After bonda comes to golden colour, remove from oil .
  16. Make the stove off.
  17. You can eat this item with the combination of sauce also.
  18. You are ready with very yummy papad bonda.

How To Make Double Ka Meetha
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bread slices     ------------- 10
Ghee               ------------- 4 spoons
Dry fruits         ------------- 10
Sugar              ------------- 1 cup
Milk                ------------- 1/2cup
Water             ------------- 1/2cup

PROCEDURE:  
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Keep in low flame only.
  3. Take 4 spoons of ghee and heat it.
  4. Untill ghee comes to liquid form.
  5. Take dry fruits and fry on the pan.
  6. Fry dry fruits untill they comes to golden colour.
  7. Take fried dry fruits  into a cup.
  8. Fry bread slices untill it comes to golden colour.
  9. Keep aside.
  10. Then add 1 cup of sugar and pour 1/2 cup of water also.
  11. Pour 1/2 cup of milk on it.
  12. Then stirr it until sugar is dissolved in it.
  13. Casually, it takes for10 minutes.
  14. This is called as sugar syrup.
  15. Place the fried bread slices in the sugar syrup.
  16. And wait for some time to absorb syrup to bread slices completly
  17. Take into another plate and add fried dry fruits to it.
  18. Then it is totally completed.
  19. So we have a delicious Double ka meetha.
  20. It is ready to eat.

Rice                              -----------    1 cup
Water                           -----------     2 cups
 
METHOD :
  1. First take a container and put it on low flame.
  2. After it is heated take 4 spoons of oil and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and heat it.
  4. Then add onion pieces,potato pieces,beans pieces,peas,carrot pieces,green chillie pieces also.
  5. Fry all these in it for 5 min.
  6. Polish rice in ghee means,mix rice with ghee in a cup.
  7. Then add rice to vegetables.
  8. Mix once and pour 2 cups of water.
  9. Mix once and add 3 spoons of salt to it.
  10. After it is cooked,mix once.
  11. Add ghee as you want.
  12. Then mix well.
  13. Now you are ready with tasteful mixed veg ghee rice.

How To Make Bambino Kesar Bath











Required Items:

Vermicelli       ----   1 cup
Sugar             ----   1 cup
Ghee              ----   4 spoons
Saffron           ----   Small quantity for colour
Cashew nuts   ----   As required
Water            ----   2 cups

Procedure To Make Bambino Kesar Bath:

  1. First take a pan and heat it for just 1/2 sec.
  2. Put flame in Sim (low flame).
  3. Then add 2 spoons of ghee and wait till it comes into liquid form.
  4. Fry cashew nuts in that ghee till the color of cashew nut comes to golden and keep them aside.
  5. Now fry vermicelli until the color changes to golden color and keep aside.
  6. Now boil water in another container.Assume you require 2 cups of water for 1 cup of vermicelli.
  7. Put fried vermicelli in that water and wait till vermicelli is cooked (Till water is totally absorbed).
  8. Add sugar in that boiled vermicelli and wait till sugar is totally melted.
  9. Add a pinch of saffron in that and mix well.
  10. Remove from flame.
  11. Add fried cashew nuts in that.
  12. Now you are ready with delicious Kesar Bath.
