REQUIRED ITEMS:
Boiled potatoes ------- 2
Onion pieces ------- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces ------- 1/2 cup
Ginger pieces ------- 1/2 cup
Garlic pieces ------- 1/2 cup
Oil ------- as required
Curry leaves ------- 1/2 cup
Menthi leaves ------- 1 cup
Salt ------- as required for taste
Pepper seeds ------- 4
Bengal gram ------- 2 spoons
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
- Heat the oil for 2 sec.
- Add bengal gram in it and mix it.
- Add onion pieces, green chillie pieces also.
- Fry for 5 min.
- Add curry leaves in it.
- Add ginger and garlik pieces also.
- Mix well for 5 min.
- Add menthi leaves in it.
- Mix well for 5 min.
- Peel the skin of the potatoes and cut into pieces.
- Add the potato pieces also.
- Mix for 2 min.
- Add salt, pepper seeds also.
- Mix well for 3 min.
- Make the stove off.
- Then take into a bowl and serve it.
- Now you are ready with aloo menthi curry.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty aloo methi curry.
- You can eat with the combination of rice or chapathi or pulka.
