How To Make Bread Jamuns
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bread slices             ----- 10
Sugar                      ----- 1 cup
Water                     ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                          ----- as required
Milk                        ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add bread slices in it.
  2. Make bread slices into powder by the hand.
  3. Mix bread powder with milk.
  4. Make bread powder as a smooth dough.
  5. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Add sugar and water in it.
  7. Mix well till sugar is fully melted.
  8. After sugar is melted, boil sugar syrup for 5 to 10 min by mixing well.
  9. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  10. Keep the sugar syrup aside for 5 min.
  11. Next take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Add 2 cups of oil in it.
  13. Heat oil for 2 min.
  14. Make the bread dough into small balls.
  15. After making dough into smooth balls, keep in a plate.
  16. Now dip one by one all the balls in the heated oil.
  17. Fry balls till balls comes to golden brown colour.
  18. After balls comes to golden colour, make the stove off.
  19. Remove the fried balls from oil.
  20. Now dip the balls into sugar syrup.
  21. After 2 min, turn balls one by one to other side.
  22. Keep the fried balls to soak in the sugar syrup for 5 to 10 min.
  23. After 10 min,serve the bread jamuns in a cup and serve.
  24. Now you are ready with bread jamuns infront on you.
  25. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet bread jamuns

How To Make Tomato Sweet












 REQUIRED ITEMS:

Tomato paste           ----- 1 cup
Sugar                       ----- 1 cup
Milk                         ----- 4 spoons
Corn flour                 ----- 2 spoons
Cashew nuts             ----- 1/2 cup
Badam pieces           ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                        ----- 4 spoons

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add tomato paste in it.
  3. Cook it for 10 to 15 min by mixing it well.
  4. Add sugar in it.
  5. Mix well till sugar is fully melted.
  6. Take a cup and add corn flour and milk in it.
  7. Mix corn flour in milk to avoid lumps from it.
  8. Add corn flour paste in it.
  9. Mix well and cook it for 10 min.
  10. Take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Add cashew nuts and badam pieces in it.
  13. Fry the nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  14. After nuts comes to golden colour, take into a cup and keep aside.
  15. After 10 min, add fried nuts in it.
  16. Mix well once and make the stove off.
  17. Take the sweet into a bowl and garnish with nuts.
  18. Add remaining ghee on the sweet to give taste to it.
  19. Now you are ready with tomato sweet infront on you.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious tomato sweet.  

How To Make Capsicum Bajji












REQUIRED ITEMS:

Capsicum pieces         ----- 1 cup
Gram flour                  ----- 1 cup
Salt                             ----- as required
Red chillie powder      ----- as required
Water                         ----- as required
Baking soda                ----- small pinch
Oil                              ----- as required

PROCEDURE:     
  1. Take a bowl and add gram flour in it.
  2. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  3. Add sufficient water in it to make it as a thick consistency.
  4. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  5. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Add baking soda in that bowl.
  7. Dip one by one capsicum pieces in the mixed bowl and fry in the heated oil.
  8. Fry the pieces till pieces comes to golden colour.
  9. After bajji comes to gold colour, make the stove off.
  10. Take bajji into a plate and serve on it.
  11.  Now you are ready with capsicum bajji infront on you.
  12. Eat and enjoy the very crispy and tasty snack item capsicum bajji

How To Make Coconut Biryani

















REQUIRED ITEMS:
Coconut milk            ----- 2 cups
Rice                         ----- 1 cup
Ghee                        ----- 4 spoons
Oil                            ----- 2 spoons
Onion pieces             ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces    ----- 1/2 cup
Carrot pieces             ----- 1/2 cup
Green peas                ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts              ----- 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste      -----  2 spoons
Elachi                         ----- 2
Cloves                        ----- 2
Cinnamon                   ----- 2 small pieces
Bay leaf                      ----- 1
Coriander leaves         ----- 1/2 cup
Mint leaves                 ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a cooker and make the stove on.
  2. Place the cooker on the flame.
  3. Heat it for 2 min.
  4. Add 4 spoons of oil and heat it for 2 sec.
  5. Add onion pieces, peas,carrots and green chillie pieces in it.
  6. Mix well for 2 min.
  7. Take rice into a bowl and wash the rice.
  8. Soak the washed rice in water for 5 min.
  9. After add soaked rice in the cooker.
  10. Mix well for 2 sec.
  11. Add 2 cups of coconut milk in it.
  12. Mix once and add sufficient salt in it as per your taste.
  13. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add 2 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  15. Add cloves, elachi, cinnamon and ginger garlic paste in it.
  16. Fry all for 2 min.
  17. After frying, add fried items to the rice.
  18. Add bay leaf in it and mix once.
  19. Then keep the lid of the cooker and keep a weight on it.
  20. Cook the rice till 3 whistles has come.
  21. To cook the rice it takes 15 to 20 min.
  22. After 20 min, make the stove off.
  23. After stove offing wait for 20 min to cool the cooker.
  24. After 20 min, take rice into a bowl.
  25. After take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  26. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  27. After 2 sec, add cashew nuts in it.
  28. Fry nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  29. After nuts comes to gold colour, make the stove off.
  30. Next add fried nuts to the boiled rice.
  31. Garnish with mint and coriander leaves on it.
  32. Mix once and serve on a plate.
  33. Now you are ready with coconut biryani infront on you.

How To Make Spicy Tindora














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled tindora slices        ----- 1 cup
Gram flour                      ----- 4 spoons
Red chillie powder          ----- as required
Salt                                ----- as required
Coriander powder          ----- 1 spoon
Coriander leaves            ----- 2 spoons
Oil                                 ----- as required
Mustard seeds               ----- 1 spoon
Jeera                             ----- 1/2 spoon
Black gram                    -----  1 spoon
Curry leaves                  ----- 1/2 spoon
Cashew nuts                  ----- 1/2 cup
Onion pieces                 -----  1 cup
Water                           ----- as required

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add gram flour in it.
  2. Add coriander powder in it.
  3. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  4. Add 1 spoon of coriander leaves in it.
  5. Mix well by adding sufficient water in it to make it as a paste.
  6. Now add boiled tindora slices in it.
  7. Mix well and keep aside in a plate.
  8. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Pour oil of 1 cup quantity in it.
  10. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  11. Make the mixed mixture into small quantity and dip in the heated oil.
  12. Fry for 5 min by mixing well.
  13. After 5 min, make the stove off.
  14. Remove the fried tindora from oil and serve in a plate.
  15. Now remove oil from pan.
  16. Keep the pan in the stove again.
  17. Now keep in a low flame.
  18. Add 2 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  19. Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves and coriander leaves in it.
  20. Fry for 2 sec and add onion pieces in it.
  21. Add cashew nuts also in it.
  22. Fry for 5 min.
  23. After 5 min, add the fried tindora also in it.
  24. Mix once and keep a plate on it.
  25. Wait for 2 sec.
  26. After 2 sec, mix once and make the stove off.
  27. Now take this into a bowl.
  28. Now you are ready with karam tindora infront on you.
  29. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and spicy curry Spicy tindora.

How To Make Kalyana Payasam
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Moong dal             ----- 1/2 cup
Bengal gram           ----- 1/2 cup
Jaggery                  ----- 1 cup
Ghee                     ----- 2 spoons
Milk                      ----- 1/2 cup
Water                    ----- 2 cups
Cashew nuts          ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add moong dal and bengal gram in it.
  3. Fry both dals for 5 to 10 min.
  4. After frying dals, keep fried dals aside in a cup.
  5. Take a cooker and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Add 2 cups of water, 1/2 cup of moong dal and 1/2 cup of bengal gram in it.
  7. Cook for 10 to 15 min.
  8. After 10 min, you will get 3 whistles.
  9. After 3 whistles comes, make the stove off.
  10. Leave the cooker for upto 20 min.
  11. After 20 min, take cooked dal in a pan.
  12. After add milk in it.
  13. Mix well for 10 to 15 min.
  14. After add jaggery to it.
  15. Mix well for 5 min.
  16. After 5 min, make the stove off.
  17. Take sweet into a bowl.
  18. Garnish with fried cashew nuts in it.
  19. Now you are ready with kalyana payasam infront on you.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet kalyana payasam.   

How To Make Coconut Payasam



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Coconut milk                ----- 1/2 cup
Milk                             ----- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                 ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                          ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                            ----- 2 spoons
Sugar                           ----- 1 cup
Cashew powder           ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. After add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it.
  4. Fry nuts and raisins till nuts and raisins comes to golden colour.
  5. After take the fried nuts and raisins into a cup and keep aside.
  6. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Pour milk in it. 
  8. Boil milk for 5 min.
  9. After 5 min, add coconut milk in it.
  10. Boil milk for 5 min.
  11. Add sugar in it.
  12. Mix well till sugar is totally melted in it.
  13. Cook it for 5 min.
  14. Add fried nuts and raisins in it.
  15. Mix once and make the stove off.
  16. Take sweet into a bowl and serve it.
  17. Now you are ready with coconut payasam infront on you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet coconut payasam.   



How To Make Sabudana payasam


















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sabudana                ----- 1 cup
Water                     ----- as required
Ghee                       ----- 2 spoons
Sugar                      ----- 1 cup
Milk                        ----- 2 cups
Cashew nuts            ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                     ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add nuts and raisins it it.
  4. Fry nuts and raisins till nuts and raisins comes to golden colour.
  5. After frying nuts and raisins, remove from pan.
  6. Keep the fried nuts and raisins in a cup.
  7. Soak sabudana in water in a bowl separetly.
  8. Keep the sabudana aside for 15 to 20 min.
  9. After 20 min, you will see the difference in the size of soaked sabudana.
  10. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec by keeping in low flame.
  11. After pour milk in it.
  12. Boil milk for 5 min.
  13. After milk is boiled, add soaked sabudana in it.
  14. Cook it for 10 to 15 min.
  15. After 15 min, add sugar in it.
  16. After mix well till sugar is totally melted in it.
  17. After sugar is melted, add fried nuts and raisins in it.
  18. Now mix once and make the stove off.
  19. After take into a bowl and serve it.
  20.  Now you are ready with the sweet sabudana payasam.

How To Make Maramaralu Manchuria

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Maramaralu                   ----- 1 cup
Boiled potatoes             ----- 2
Salt                               ----- as required
Green chillies                 ----- 3 or 4
Pudina leaves                ----- 1 cup
Coriander leaves           ----- 1/2 cup
Ginger pieces                ----- 1/2 cup
Corn flour                     ----- 3 or 4 spoons
Oil                                ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take maramaralu in a bowl and pour water in it.
  2. Soak maramaralu in water for 5 min.
  3. After 5 min, drain water completely.
  4. After keep soaked maramaralu aside.
  5. Take a bowl and add soaked maramaralu in it.
  6. Peel the skin of the potatoes and smash it into fine paste.
  7. Add smashed aloo in it.
  8. Add corn flour in it.
  9. Make green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and pudina leaves into fine paste.
  10. Add this paste also in it.
  11. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  12. Mix well and make into a thick paste.
  13. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add 2 cups of oil in it.
  15. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  16. After make this paste into small balls.
  17. Dip the balls one by one in the oil.
  18. Fry the balls till balls comes to golden brown colour.
  19. After balls comes to gold colour, remove from oil and take into a plate.
  20. Make the stove off.
  21. Now you are ready with maramarala balls infront on you.

How To Make Aloo Bread Balls













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled potatoes               ----- 3
Bread slices                    ----- 10
Oil                                  ----- as required
Salt                                 ----- as required
Red chillie powder           ----- as required
Corn flour                        ----- 2 spoons
Rice flour                         ----- 2 spoons
Water                              ----- as required

PROCEDURE:     

  1. Take a bowl and add rice flour and corn flour in it.
  2. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  3. Smash the boiled potatoes in it and add to the flour.
  4. Mix it and add sufficient water in it to make it as fine paste.
  5. Make the paste into small balls and place in a plate and keep aside. 
  6. Now take 2 cups of water in another bowl.
  7. After take bread slices and cut the edges of it.
  8. After cutting edges, dip slices one by one and press the slices to drain excess water from it.
  9. Now take the bread slice and stuss the ball in it.
  10. Cover it fully and keep in a plate.
  11. Stuff the remaining bread slices also.
  12. Now placea pan on the stove.
  13. Make the stove on and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. After add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 5 min.
  15. After dip the stuffed balls one by one in the heated oil.
  16. Fry balls till balls comes to golden brown colour.
  17. After balls are fried,take into a plate.
  18. Make the stove off.
  19. Now you are ready with aloo bread balls infront on you.

How To Make Ragi Java

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Ragi flour                 ----- 1 cup
Water                      ----- 3 cups
Salt                          ----- as required
Butter milk               ----- 1/2 glass
Sugar                       ----- as required
Milk                         ----- 1/2 glass

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take bowl and take ragi flour in it.
  2. Add 1 cup of water in it.
  3. Mix well to avoid lumps from it.
  4. Keep the bowl aside.
  5. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Pour 2 cups of water in it.
  7. Boil water for 2 to 3 min.
  8. Take ragi flour mixture and mix once. 
  9. After add ragi flour mixture in it by mixing the boiled water.
  10. Now cook for 3 min. by mixing very forcely.
  11. You will get thick consistency.
  12. Make the stove off.
  13. Take java into a bowl and cool it for 10 min.
  14. Now you are ready with ragi java infront on you.
  15. You can serve with salt or sugar also. 
  16. After take a big empty glass and add 1 spoon of salt in it.
  17. Add butter milk also in it.
  18. Mix well and add 1/2 glass of ragi java in the glass.
  19. Mix well and serve.
  20. Now take another big and empty glass.
  21. Add 2 spoons of sugar and milk in it.
  22. Mix once and add ragi java in it.
  23. Mix well and serve it.
  24. Now you are ready with butter milk ragi java and milk ragi java.
  25. You can drink it with two different tastes.
  26. Now drink and enjoy with the both tastes of ragi java

How To Make Badusha














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Plain flour                   ----- 2 cups
Sugar                         ----- 1 cup
Curd                          ----- 2 spoons
Dalda                        ----- 2 spoons
Baking soda              ----- small pinch
Water                       ----- as required
Oil                            ----- 2 cups

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add plain flour in it.
  2. Add baking soda, curd and dalda in it.
  3. Mix well to make it as a smooth dough.
  4. After preparing dough, keep aside by closing it with wet cloth.
  5. Keep aside for upto 1/2 hour.
  6. Now take pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add sugar in it.
  8. Add sufficient water in it till sugar is fully dipped.
  9. Now mix well till sugar is totally melted.
  10. After melting sugar, boil it for 5 min by mixing it.
  11. After 5 min, make the stove off.
  12. Now take the smooth dough and make small balls.
  13. Take the balls and make into small rounds by pressing it with both palms.
  14. After press with finger in the centre of the rounds.
  15. Put a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  16. Pour oil in it and heat it for 2 min.
  17. Dip rounds one by one and fry it till it comes to golden colour.
  18. Take the fried rounds from the oil and dip into sugar syrup.
  19. Put it for 5 min by turning on both sides.
  20. Make the stove off and serve in a plate.
  21. Now you are reday with badusha sweet infront on you.
  22. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet badusha.  

How To Make Maramaralu Laddu














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Maramaralu            ----- 1 cup
Water                    ----- as required
Jaggery                  ----- 1 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and take maramaralu in it.
  2. Add sufficient water in it to wash maramaralu.
  3. After washing it, drain excess water in it.
  4. Take washed maramaralu in a cup and keep aside.
  5. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. After add jaggery in it.
  7. Add sufficient water in it till jaggery is fully immersed.
  8. Then, melt jaggery by mixing well.
  9. After melting it, boil it by mixing well.
  10. Boil it for 10 min.
  11. After 10 min, you will get thick jaggery syrup.
  12. After making it, make the stove off.
  13. After add washed maramaralu in it.
  14. Mix completely and keep aside to cool it for 5 to 10 min.
  15. After 10 min, wash your hand and take the mixture and make into balls.
  16. You can do small or big balls also.
  17. Now you are ready with maramarala laddu infront on you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet maramaralu laddu.

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled potato pieces           ----- 1 cup
Salt                                    ----- as required
Red chillie powder             ----- as required
Ginger garlic paste             ----- 1 spoon
Rice flour                          ----- 1 cup
Bread powder                  ----- 1/2 cup
Water                              ----- as required
Oil                                   ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add rice flour in it.
  2. Smash the boiled potatoes and add to the rice flour.
  3. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste in it.
  5. Mix bread powder also in it.
  6. Mix well and add sufficient water in it to make into a dough.
  7. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Add oil in it.
  9. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  10. Make the dough into small balls and keep in a plate.
  11. Make balls to small rounds using hand.
  12. Dip the cut lets one by one in the heated oil.
  13. Fry the cutlets till cutlets comes to golden colour.
  14. After cutlets comes to golden colour, take into a plate.
  15. Make the stove off.
  16. Now you are ready with aloo bread cutlets infront on you.
  17. Eat and enjoy the very crispy and tasty aloo bread cutlet

How To Make Rice Flakes Payasam















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice flakes                ----- 1 cup
Coconut powder       ----- 1 cup
Milk                          ----- 2 cups
Sugar                        ----- 1 cup
Ghee                         ----- 4 spoons
Cashew nuts              ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Wash the rice flakes.
  2. Soak flakes in it for 5 min.
  3. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it.
  5. Heat ghee for 2 sec.
  6. Add cashew nuts in it.
  7. Fry nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  8. After take fried nuts into a cup and keep aside.
  9. Add milk in it.
  10. Boil milk for 5 min.
  11. After 5 min, add soaked rice flakes in it.

How To Make Gobi Bajji















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled cauli flower       ----- 1 cup
Gram flour                   ----- 1 cup
Water                          -----  as required
Baking soda                 ----- small pinch
Salt                              ----- as required
Red chillie powder       ----- as required
Oil                               ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add gram flour in it.
  2. Add baking soda in it.
  3. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  4. Add sufficient water in it till it comes to thick consistency.
  5. Keep the bowl aside.
  6. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add 2 cups of oil in it.
  8. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  9. After 2 sec, dip the boiled cauliflower in the mixed bowl and dip in the heated oil.
  10. Fry all the boiled cauliflower in the oil one by one.
  11. Fry cauliflower bajji till it comes to golden colour.
  12. After gobi bajji comes to golden colour, take into a plate.
  13. Now make the stove off and serve gobi bajji in a plate.
  14. Now you are ready with gobi bajji infront on you.

How To Make Sabudana Upma













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Oil                                ----- as required
Mustard seeds              ----- 1 spoon
Jeera                            ----- 1 spoon
Grated carrot               ----- 1 cup
Boiled potato pieces    ----- 1 cup
Boiled peas                 ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces      ----- 1/ 2 cup
Onion pieces               ----- 1 cup
Moong dal                  ----- 2 spoons
Bengal gram               ----- 2 spoons
Soaked sago              ----- 2 cups(soak for 2 hours)
Cuury leaves              ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves        ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. After 2 sec, add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  3. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  4. Add mustard seeds, jeera in it.
  5. Add moong dal and bengal gram in it. 
  6. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves also. 
  7. Add grated carrot, peas, potatoes in it.
  8. Add onion pieces, green chillie pieces in it.
  9. Fry all for 10 min.
  10. Cook it by placing a plate on it for 2 min.
  11. After 2 min, add soaked sago in it.
  12. Mix well for 10 min.
  13. Cook it by placing a plate on it for 2 sec.
  14. Make the stove off.
  15. Take sabudana upma into a plate and serve.
  16. Now you are ready with sabudana upma infront on you.
  17. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sabudana upma

How To Make Cabbage Carrot Balls

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Oil                             -----  as required
Grated cabbage         -----  1 cup
Grated carrot             ----- 1 cup
Boiled potato pieces  ----- 1 cup
Turmeric powder       ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 3 spoons of oil in it.
  3. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  4. Add grated cabbage and carrot in it.
  5. Fry it for 3 min.
  6. After 3 min, add turmeric powder in it.
  7. Mix once.
  8. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  9. Mix once and add potato pieces in it.
  10. Add coriander leaves in it.
  11. Mix well for 5 min.
  12. Make the stove off.
  13. After take this into a plate.
  14. Cool it for up to 5 min.
  15. After 5 min,take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  16. After 2 sec, add 2 cups of oil in it.
  17. Heat oil for 2 min,
  18. After 2 min, make the mixture into small balls.

PROCEDURE:

PROCEDURE:   
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. After 2 sec, add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  3. Add onion pieces, green chillie pieces in it.
  4. Add carrot pieces, potato pieces, beans pieces and cauli flower pieces in it.
  5. Fry all vegetables for 5 min.
  6. Add 2 cups of water in it.
  7. Mix once and cook all vegetables by placing a plate on it.
  8. Cook for 15 min.
  9. After 15 min, add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Carrot pieces              ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces               ----- 1 cup
Ghee                           ----- 4 spoons
Elachi                          ----- 2
Cloves                        ----- 2
Cinnamon                   ----- 2 pieces
Jeera powder             ----- 2 spoons
Coriander powder      ----- 2 spoons
Green chillie slices      ----- 1/2 cup
Garam masala            ----- 2 spoons
Salt                            ----- as required
Rice                           ----- 1 cup
Water                        ----- 2 cups

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a cooker and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. After 2 sec, wash the rice and add to the cooker.
  3. Pour 2 cups of water in it.
  4. Mix once and close it.
  5. Place a weight on it.
  6. Cook the rice for 15 to 20 min.
  7. After 20 min, you will get 3 whistles.
  8. After 3 whistles, take the cooked rice in a bowl.
  9. Cool it for 10 min.
  10. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. After 2 sec, add 4 spoons of ghee in it.
  12. Heat it for 2 sec.
  13. After 2 sec, add elachi, cloves and cinnamon.
  14. Fry spices for 2 min.
  15. After add green chillie slices, onion pieces, carrot pieces in it.
  16. Fry vegetables for 10 to 15 min.
  17. Mix well and add jeera powder and coriander powder in it.
  18. Add salt as per your taste.
  19. Add sufficient water in it till pieces are fully dipped in it.
  20.  Mix once and cook for 5 min by placing a plate on it.
  21. Cook it til water is totally gone from it.
  22. Mix well till it comes to very dry.
  23. Add cooked rice in it and mix well.
  24. Cookit by placing a plate on it for just 2 sec.
  25. After 2 sec, make the stove off.
  26. Take a bowl and serve in it.
  27. Now you are ready with carrot pulav infront on you.

How To Make Beetroot Chapati















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Wheat flour                   ----- 2 cups
Salt                               ----- as required
Oil                                ----- as required
Water                           ----- as required
Beetroot pieces             ----- 1 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1.  Take a bowl and add wheat flour in it.
  2. Add 3 spoons of oil and salt in it.
  3. Take beetroot pieces into juice by adding sufficient water in it.
  4. Filter beetroot juice from paste.
  5. Take beetroot water and mix with wheat flour.
  6. Mix well by adding sufficient beetroot juice.
  7. Mix well to make into smooth dough.
  8. Keep the dough aside for 1/2 hour.
  9. After 1/2 hour, make dough into small balls and keep in a plate.
  10. After making small rounds, make the rounds as chapatis using roti maker.
  11. Keep all chapatis into a plate.
  12. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. After 2 sec, put chapati on the pan.
  14. Fry the chapati first on both sides.
  15. Add oil on both sides and fry it.
  16. Now you are ready with beetroot chapati.
  17. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, crispy and healthy beetroot chapati.  

How To Make Pudina Kulcha

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Pudina leaves                     ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces                      ----- 1 cup
Salt                                    ----- as required
Green chillie pieces             ----- 1/2 cup
Pepper powder                  ----- 1/2 spoon
Oil                                     ----- as required
Butter                                ----- 3 spoons
Plain flour                          ----- 1 cup
 Water                               ----- as required

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a bowl and add plain flour in it.
  2. Add 3 spoons of oil,1 spoon of salt in it.
  3. Mix it by pouring sufficient water in it.
  4. Make it as a smooth dough and keep aside by covering it with wet cloth.
  5. Take a bowl and add pudina leaves, onion pieces.
  6. Add green chillie pieces, pepper powder in it.
  7. Add salt as per your taste.
  8. Mix well and keep aside.
  9. After 20 min, take the dough and make into small balls.
  10. After make the balls into small round by the hands.
  11. Put the mixed mixture in it and close it fully.
  12. After make it as a chapati.
  13. Make chapati very carefully because stuffed mixture should not be come out side.
  14. Then take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  15. Place chapati on it.
  16. Turn to other side and apply butter on it.
  17. Fry both sides by applying butter on it.
  18. Fry for up to 2 sec on both sides.

How To Make Wheat Flour Kaja














REQUIRED ITEMS: 

Wheat flour                        ----- 1 cup
Sugar                                 ----- 1 cup
Water                                ----- as required
Salt                                    ----- small pinch
Oil                                     -----  as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour in it.
  2. Add salt, 3 spoons of oil in it.
  3. Add sufficient water in it to make it as a smooth dough.
  4. After preparing dough, close it with a wet cloth.
  5. Keep the dough aside for 1/2 hour.
  6. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add sugar and 2 cups of water in it.
  8. Boil it by mixing sugar thoroughly.
  9. Boil sugar syrup for 10 min, after sugar is totally melted.
  10. After 10 min, you are ready with syrup.
  11. Keep the sugar syrup aside.
  12. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add 2 cups of oil in it.
  14. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  15. Now take the dough into small even balls and keep aside.
  16. Now take a dough and make it as a chapati using roti maker.
  17. Now cut the chapati into small pieces.
  18. Then,add the pieces into heated oil.
  19. Fry pieces till pieces comes to golden colour.
  20. After it comes to golden colour,dip the pieces into sugar syrup.
  21. Turn pieces into both sides and keep in the syrup for 5 min.

How To Make Biscuit Cake









REQUIRED ITEMS:

Milk biscuits             ----- 1 cup
Ghee                        -----  1/2 cup
Milk                         -----  1/2 cup
Baking soda             -----  small pinch
Cashew nuts            -----  1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take biscuits and make into small pieces.
  2. Make pieces into a fine powder.
  3. Take a bowl and add biscuits powder in it.
  4. Add soda, 1/2 spoon ghee in it.
  5. Add milk in it.
  6. Mix well and make into a smooth dough.
  7. Take a bowl and apply ghee on it.
  8. After applying ghee, take the dough and spread on it.
  9. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add ghee on it.
  11. Heat ghee for 2 sec.
  12. Add cashew nuts on it.
  13. Fry nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  14. After spreading the dough, apply fried nuts on it.
  15. Keep this bowl in a micro oven.

  3. Wash red gram in a bowl.
  4. Add washed dal to the cooker.
  5. Add water in it.
  6. Cook the dal by placing lid and weight on it.
  7. Wait for 3 whistles.
  8. After 3 whistles remove the lid and keep away.
  9. After 10 min,take the water from the boiled dal by filtering.
  10. Take the boiled dal water in abowl and keep aside.

  8. Stirr completely till liquid form changes to thick consistency.
  9. After it comes to thick state, stirr it well.
  10. Stirr till it comes to small piece.
  11. Then take a plate and apply ghee on it.
  12. After applying ghee on the plate, spread the sweet on it.
  13.  Then keep the sweet aside.
  14. Cool it for 10 min.
  15. Then take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  16. After 2 sec, add 4 spoons of ghee on it.
  17. Heat ghee for 2 sec.
  18. Add cashew nuts on the pan.
  19. Fry the nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  20. After frying nuts, keep the fried nuts aside.
  21. After cooling the sweet, garnish with fried nuts on it.
  22. Cut the sweet into pieces.
  23. Cut the sweet it any shape you want.
  24. Now you are ready with corn flour burfi.
  25. Eat and enjoy the tasty and delicious sweet corn flour burfi. 

How To Make Tomato Chutney











REQUIRED ITEMS:

Tomato pieces                     -----  2 cups
Mustard seeds                    -----  1 spoon
Asafoetida                          -----  1 spoon
Salt                                    -----  as required
Red chillie powder             -----  as required
Sugar                                -----  1 spoon
Coriander leaves               -----  1 cup
Fenugreek seed powder    -----  1 spoon
Oil                                    -----  as required
Water                               -----  2 spoons

PROCEDURE:   

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
  3. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  4. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida in it.
  5. Add tomato pieces in it.
  6. Fry for 5 min.
  7. After 5 min, add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  8. Add sugar, coriander leaves in it.
  9. Mix once and add fenugreek seed powder in it.
  10. Mix once and add water in it.
  11. Mix well and put a plate on it.
  12. Cook for 10 to 15 min.
  13. After 15 min, make the stove off.
  14. Then take the chutney into a bowl.
  15. Now you are ready with tasty chutney infront on you.

How To Make Semiya Share Kurma

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Semiya                          ----- 1 cup
Ghee                             -----  1/2 cup
Dried coconut powder   -----  1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                  -----  1/2 cup
Raisins                           -----  1/2 cup
Poppy seeds                  ----- 2 spoons
Milk                              -----  1/2 cup
Sugar                            ----- 1 cup
Water                           -----  1/2 cup
Sweet kova                  -----  1/2 cup
Elachi                           ----- small pinch


PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 4 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it.
  4. Fry nuts and raisins till nuts comes to golden colour.
  5. After frying nuts and raisins, take into a cup and keep aside.
  6. Next add semiya in ghee and fry semiya till semiya comes to light gold colour.
  7. Add elachi also in it.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Next add water in it.
  10. Cook semiya in it.
  11. Cook for 2 min.
  12. Add sugar in it.
  13. Mix well till sugar is totally melted.
  14. Next add milk in it.
  15. Cook semiya for 5 min by placing a plate on it.
  16. Mix well.
  17. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  18. Add ghee in it and fry poppy seeds and fry for 2 sec.
  19. Add sweet kova in it and mix once.
  20. Cook for 2 sec.
  21. After frying add poppy seeds to cooked semiya.
  22. Add dried coconut powder to the ghee.
  23. Fry powder for 5 min.
  24. After frying dried coconut powder, add powder to cooked semiya.
  25. Make the stove off and mix semiya once.
  26. Take semiya into a bowl and serve.
  27. Garnish with fried cashew nuts and raisins.
  28. Now you are ready with semiya share kurma sweet.
  29. Eat and enjoy the delicious and very tasty sweet semiya share kurma.

How To Make Dried coconut podi

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Dried coconut pieces     -----  1 cup
Oil                                -----  as required
Dried red chillies           -----  3 or 4
Asafoetida                    -----  1 spoon
Bengal gram                 -----  1 spoon
Black gram                  -----  1 spoon
Salt                             -----  as required

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add dried coconut pieces, oil 2 spoons.
  3. Add red chillies also.
  4. Fry for 5 min.
  5. Add black gram and bengal gram also.
  6. Fry it for 10 min.
  7. Add salt as per your taste.
  8. Add asafoetida also.
  9. Mix well for 5 min.
  10. Make the stove off.
  11. Take fried items in a plate.
  12. Cool it for 5 min.
  13. After 10 min, make into a powder.
  14. Now you are ready with dried coconut podi.
  15. Eat and enjoy the powder with the combination of rice, idli, dosa and chapatis also.

How To Make Pancharatna Sabzi

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Green chillie pieces      -----  1/2 cup
Brinjal pieces               -----  1 cup
Beans pieces               -----  1 cup
Carrot pieces              -----  1/2 cup
Capsicum pieces         -----  1/2 cup
Cauli flower pieces      -----  1/2 cup
Butter                         -----  1 spoon
Curry leaves               -----  1/2 cup
Lime juice                   -----  2 spoons
Mustard seeds            -----  1 spoon
Jeera                          -----  1 spoon
Water                        -----  1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add butter in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add jeera, mustard seeds and curry leaves in it.
  4. Add beans, carrots, cauli flower, capsicum and brinjal also.
  5. Mix once and add green chillie pieces also.
  6. Fry for 5 min.
  7. Mix once and pour water in it.
  8. Cookfor 15 min.
  9. Cook by placing a plate on it.
  10. Mix well occasionally.
  11. It neccesary add more water also as you want.
  12. Mix once and make the stove off.
  13. Take into a bowl and add juice in it.
  14. Mix well and wait for 10 min.
  15. Now you are ready with pancharatan sabji.
  16. Eat and enjoy the pancharatna sabzi curry.

How To Make Sweet Corn Vada

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sweet corn                  -----  1 cup
Bengal gram                -----  1 cup
Green chillie pieces     -----  1/2 cup
Coriander leaves         -----  1/2 cup
Curry leaves               -----  1/2 cup
Salt                            -----  as required
Red chillie powder     -----  as required
Oil                             -----  as required

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take bengal gram in a cup and add water in it.
  2. Soak dal to 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour, take soaked dal and sweet corn in a jar.
  4. Make into a thick paste.
  5. Take this into a bowl.
  6. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  7. Add coriander and curry leaves in it.
  8. Mix well into  thick paste.
  9. Make the dough into small balls and keep in a plate.
  10. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add oil in it.
  12. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  13. After take the balls and make into smal rounds using hand.
  14. Then, dip the rounds one by one in the heated oil.
  15. Fry it till dough comes to golden colour.
  16. After vada comes to gold colour, remove the fried vadas from oil.
  17. Make the stove off.
  18. Serve fried vada in a plate.
  19. Now you are ready with sweet corn vada.
  20. Eat and enjoy the tasty and spicy snack item sweet corn vada.
