How To Make Apple Kheer













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated apple              ----- 2 cups
Milk                           ----- 2 cups
Sugar                         ----- 1 cup
Elachi powder            ----- 1 spoon
Ghee                          ----- 2 spoons
Cashew nuts               ----- 1/4 cup
Badam pieces             ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:     
  1.  Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour milk in it and boil for 5 min.
  3. After 5 min, add sugar in it.
  4. Boil milk by mixing well for 15 min.
  5. After 15 min, add apple in it.
  6. Mix well for 10 min.
  7. After 10 min, add elachi powder in it.
  8. Mix well and make the stove off.
  9. Take the sweet into bowls and garnish with ghee.
  10. After adding ghee on it, add cashew nut pieces and badam pieces on it.
  11. After adding nuts, keep the bowls aside for 10 min.
  12. After cooling sweet for 10 min, keep the bowls in the fridge for 2 hours.
  13. After 2 hours, you are ready to serve the sweet.
  14. Now you are ready with apple kheer infront of you.
  15. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet apple kheer.

How To Make Carrot Sweet Corn Payasam
















REQUIRED ITEMS:
Grated carrot        ----- 1 cup
Sweet corn           ----- 1 cup
Sugar                   ----- 1 cup
Water                  ----- 2 cups
Milk                    ----- 2 cups
Ghee                   ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts        ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
  4. After frying nuts, take the fried nuts into a cup and keep aside.
  5. Make the stove off.
  6. Now take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add sweet corn and water in it.
  8. Cook it for 10 min.
  9. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  10. Drain excess water and make into a paste.
  11. Take the paste into a cup and keep aside.
  12. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add ghee in it and heat it for 1 sec.
  14. Add sweet corn and carrot also in it.
  15. Fry both by mixing it well for 10 to 15 min.
  16. After 15 min, add sugar in it.
  17. Mix well for 5 min.
  18. After 5 min, you can see that sugar is totally melted.
  19. After add milk in it.
  20. Cook it for 10 min.
  21. After 10 min, mix well and add fried cashew nuts to it.
  22. Now make the stove off.
  23. Take the sweet into a bowl and serve.
  24. Now you are ready with carrot sweet corn payasam infront on you.

How To Make Brinjal Chutney











 

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Brinjal pieces        ----- 2 cups
Green chillies        ----- 10
Salt                      ----- as required
Tamarind             ----- small piece
Oil                       ----- 4 spoons
Red chillies          ----- 2 small pieces
Black gram          ----- 2 spoons
Bengal gram        ----- 2 spoons
Curry leaves        ----- 1 spoon
Mustard seeds     ----- 1 spoon
Jeera                   ----- 1 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add green chillies in it.
  3. Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  4. Fry for 2 min.
  5. Add brinjal pieces also.
  6. Fry all for 2 min.
  7. After 2 min, make the stove off.
  8. Take fried chillies and brinjal pieces in a cup and keep aside.
  9. Cool for 10 min.
  10. After 10 min, take a jar and add green chillies in it.
  11. Add tamarind and sufficient salt in it as per your taste.
  12. Make into a paste.
  13. After making into a paste add brinjal pieces also.
  14. Make into a paste and keep aside in a cup.
  15. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  16. Add 2 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  17. Add mustard seeds, jeera and red chillie pieces in it.
  18. Fry all by mixing well.
  19. Now add black gram and bengal gram in it.
  20. Add curry leaves also in it and fry for 2 sec.
  21. Add brinjal paste also.
  22. Mix well and fry for 10 min.
  23. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  24. Take the brinjal chutney into a bowl and serve it.
  25. Now you are ready with brinjal chutney infront on you.

How To Make CauliFlower Soup

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Cauli flower pieces         ----- 2 cups
Milk                               ----- 2 cups
Curd                              ----- 1 cup
Butter                            ----- 3 spoons
Rice flour                       ----- 3 spoons
Onion pieces                 ----- 1 cup
Salt                               ----- as required
Pepper powder             ----- 1/2 spoon
Water                           ----- as required

PROCEDURE:   

  1.  Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 1 cup of water in it and boil for 5 min.
  3. After boiling water, add cauli flower pieces in it.
  4. Wait for 5 min.
  5. After 5 min, drain water from it.
  6. After washing in hot water add washed cauli flower to the pan.
  7. Add 1 cup of water and cook for 10 min.
  8. After cooking it for 10 min, make the stove off.
  9. If water is there, drain excess water.
  10. After make the cooked cauli flower to cool for 5 min by keeping it aside.
  11. After cooling it, make it as a fine paste.
  12. Keep the paste in a cup and keep aside.
  13. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add 2 spoons of butter in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  15. Now add onion pieces in it and fry till the colour of it changes to gold colour.
  16. After frying onion pieces, add rice flour in it.
  17. Fry it by mixing well.
  18. Add milk and curd also in it.
  19. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  20. Mix once and add pepper powder in it.
  21. Mix well and boil for 10 min.
  22. After 10 min, you will get thick consistency.
  23. After add cauli flower paste in it.
  24. Mix well and cook it for 15 min by placing a plate on it.
  25. After 15 min, make the stove off.
  26. Now take the soup into a bowl and garnish with butter by adding on the soup.
  27. Now you are ready with cauli flower soup infront on you.

How To Make Coconut Burfi



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated coconut(raw)      ----- 1 cup
Sugar                             ----- 1/2 cup
Butter                            ----- 2 spoons
Ghee                             ----- 1/2 cup
Milk                              ----- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                  ----- 1/2 cup
Elachi powder               ----- 1 spoons

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a cup and add cashew nuts and water in it.
  2. Soak cashew nuts in water for half an hour.
  3. After soaking for half an hour, make the cashew nuts into paste.
  4. After making cashew nuts into paste, add coconut in the jar.
  5. Also add milk in it.
  6. Make coconut, milk and cashew nuts into paste.
  7. Keep this paste aside.
  8. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Add butter in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add this paste and fry it by mixing well.
  11. After frying for 5 min, add sugar and ghee in it.
  12. Mix well for 10 min.
  13. Take a plate and apply ghee on the plate.
  14. Add elachi powder also in the pan.
  15. Mix well and make the stove off.
  16. Take the sweet into this plate and spread it.
  17. Cool it for 10 min. After 10 min, take the knife and cut into pieces as you like.
  18. Now you are ready with coconut burfi infront of you.

  2. Pour water in it and boil for 5 min.
  3. After boiling water, add sweet corn into it.
  4. Keep aside for 2 min.
  5. After 2 min, drain the water and keep the sweet corn aside.
  6. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. After heating it, add oil in it.
  8. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  9. Add onion pieces, tomato pieces in it.
  10. Fry for 2 min.
  11. Now add capsicum pieces also.
  12. Mix well and cook it for 2 min by placing a plate on it.
  13. After 2 min, open the plate and add sweet corn to it.
  14. Mix well and add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  15. Add garam masala in it.
  16. Mix well for 2 min.
  17. Now make the stove off.
  18. Take this into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
  19. Mix once and add lemon juice to it.

How To Make Spinach Manchuria













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled spinach pieces          ----- 1 cup
Boiled aloo                         ----- 2 or 3
Bread slices                       ----- 4
Corn flour                          ----- 1/2 cup
Plain flour                           ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                    ----- as required
Red chillie powder             ----- as required
Ginger garlic paste             ----- 2 spoons
Water                               ----- as required
Oil                                    ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add boiled aloo in it.
  2. Smash it and add boiled spinach leaves and bread slices.
  3. Mix well and add corn flour in it.
  4. Add plain flour also.
  5. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste also.
  7. Add sufficient water in it to mix well.
  8. After mixing it, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. After heating oil, make the mixed paste into small balls.
  11. After making balls, dip one by one all the balls in the heated oil.
  12. Fry the balls till balls comes to golden brown colour.
  13. After frying balls remove the fried balls from the pan and take in a plate.
  14. Make the stove off.
  15. Serve the spinach manchuria in a plate and you can garnish with onion slices also.
  16. Now you are ready with spinach manchuria infront on you.

How To Make Sweet Corn Dosa

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sweet corn                ----- 1 cup
Black gram                ----- 1/2 cup
Rice                           ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                            ----- as required
Jeera                          ----- 2 spoons
Oil                             ----- as required
Ghee                         ----- as required
Onion pieces              ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces     ----- 2 spoons

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add black gram and rice in it.
  2. Add sufficient water in it to soak it fully.
  3. Soak dal and rice for 2 or 3 hours.
  4. After 2 hours, wash it thrice.
  5. After washing, add sweet corn to it.  
  6. Grind it to make a smooth batter.
  7. After making into smooth dosa batter, mix once.
  8. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  9. Add jeera also in it.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. After 2 sec, add 3 spoons of ghee in it.
  13. Heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Now add dosa batter on the pan and spread it as a round.
  15. Roast it by keeping flame in low.
  16. After wait for 2 sec.
  17. After 2 sec, add oil on the edges of dosa.
  18. After add onion pieces and green chillies also.
  19. Add oil on the pieces also.
  20. After roasting for 2 sec, remove from pan and serve in a plate.
  21. Make the stove off.

  3. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to light gol colour.
  4. After nuts comes to gold colour, remove the fried nuts from heated ghee.
  5. Keep the fried nuts in a cup and keep aside. 
  6. After add semiya in it and fry till colour changes.
  7. Fry for 2 sec by mixing well.
  8. After 2 sec, remove the fried semiya from pan and keep in a plate.
  9. Keep the fried semiya aside.
  10. After add 2 spoons of ghee in a pan and heat it.
  11. After 2 sec, add grated carrot in it.
  12. Fry carrot for 15 min by mixing well.
  13.  After 15 min,take the fried carrot in a cup and keep aside.
  14. Take a pan and add 1 cup of water in it.
  15. Boil water for 2 sec.
  16. Wash the dal in a bowl and add to the boiled water.
  17. Cook it by placing a plate on it.
  18. Cook for 15 to 20 min.
  19. After 20 min, make the stove off and take the cooked dal in a cup.
  20. After mix fried carrot and semiya also in it.
  21. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  22. Add 1/2 cup of sugar,1/2 cup of jaggery and 1 cup of water in it.
  23. Make into syrup by mixing it well.
  24. To make syrup it takes 20 min.
  25. After 20 min, add boiled moong dal mixture to it.
  26. Mix well and add fried cashew nuts also.
  27. After add 2 spoons of honey to it.
  28. Mix well and make the stove off.
  29. Take this sweet into a bowl and serve.
  30. Now you are ready with carrot moong dal sweet infront of you.

  7. Fry till the colour of java changes to light gold colour.
  8. After colour is changed, make the stove off.
  9. Take fried java in a cup and keep aside. 
  10. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11.  Pour water in it and boil for 2 min.
  12. After 2 min, add boiled water to fried wheat java.
  13. Now mix well and keep on the stove.
  14. Keep in a low flame.
  15. Cook it for 20 min.
  16. Keep a plate on the pan.
  17. Mix well occasionally.
  18. After 20 min, add jaggery to it.
  19. Mix well for 15 min.
  20. After 15 min, add fried nuts to it.
  21. Now make the stove off.
  22. Take a plate and add 2 spoons of ghee in it and spread on it. 
  23. Take the wheat java sweet on the plate.
  24. Keep aside for 20 min to cool it.
  25. After 20 min, take a knife and cut into pieces as you like.
  26. You can eat as a halwa with out cutting it.
  27. Now you are ready with wheat java halwa infront of you.

How To Make Mint Juice

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Mint leaves           ----- 1 cup
Sugar                   ----- 1/2 cup
Water                  ----- 3 cups
Lemon juice         ----- 2 spoons
Salt                      ----- 1/2 spoon
Jeera powder       ----- 1/4 spoon
Pepper powder    ----- 1/4 spoon

PROCEDURE:   
  1. Take a bowl and add mint leaves in it.
  2. Add sufficient water in it to wash it fully.
  3. After washing it, drain the washed water from it.
  4. After take the leaves and keep aside to leave excess water from it.
  5. Now take mint leaves in a jar.
  6. Blend it and add water to it.
  7. Once blend it and add sugar also.
  8. Mix well and blend it again.
  9. After add salt, pepper powder, jeera powder and lemon juice also.
  10. Blend once and take the juice into a bowl.
  11. Keep this bowl in deep freezer for atleast 3 or 4 hours.
  12. After 4 hours, you can serve it.
  13. Now you are ready with mint juice infront of you.

  5. Mix once and add 3 drops of rose colour in it.
  6. Mix well and add 1 spoon of ghee in it.
  7. Mix once and make the stove off.
  8. Take a plate and apply ghee on the plate.
  9. Now spread the sweet on the plate.
  10. Keep the plate aside to cool it for some time.
  11. Wait for 5 min.
  12. Now take a knife and cut into pieces in any shape you like.
  13. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  15. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
  16. After nuts comes to gold colour, make the stove off.
  17. Take fried nuts in a cup and garnish on the pieces.
  18. Now you are ready with rose burfi infront on you.

How To Make Bottle Gourd Vada














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated bottle gaurd       ----- 1 cup
Rice flour                      ----- 1 cup
Salt                              ----- as required
Red chillie powder        ----- as required
Onion pieces                ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces       ----- 1 spoon
Water                          ----- as required
Oil                               ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for some time.
  3. Take a bowl and add grated bottle gaurd in it.
  4. Add rice flour, onion pieces and green chillie pieces also.
  5. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  6. Mix well and make this into a dough.
  7. If neccesary add sufficient water also in it.
  8. After making it as a dough, make this into small balls.
  9. After making into small balls, press on the center by hands.
  10. After making into small rounds, dip in the heated oil one by one.
  11. Fry the rounds on both sides by turning on both sides.
  12. Fry it till it comes to golden brown.
  13. After coming into golden brown colour, make the stove off.
  14. Take the fried vada in a plate and serve.
  15. Now you are ready with bottle gaurd vada infront on you.
  16. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and crispy snack item bottle gaurd vada

  4. Add mustard seeds, jeera and black gram in it.
  5. Fry for 2 sec and add onion pieces in it.
  6. Fry for 2 min.
  7. After add boiled peas in it.
  8. Mix once and keep a plate on it.
  9. Cook for 2 min.
  10. After 2 min, add brinjal pieces in it and mix once.
  11. Keep the plate on it and cook for 3 min.
  12. After 3 min, add 2 spoons of water in it.
  13. Again keep a plate on it and cook for 5 min.
  14. After 5 min, open the plate on the pan.
  15. Mix once and add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  16. Mix well and make the stove off.
  17. Take the curry into a bowl.
  18. Now you are ready with brinjal peas curry infront on you.
  19. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and spicy curry brinjal peas curry.
  20. This is a good combination with hot rice and also for chapatis, roti, pulkas and butter naan.

Onion pieces                     ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces            ----- 1/2 cup

Curry leaves                      ----- 1/2 cup

  1. Take boiled beans in a cup and make into a paste. 
  2.  After making this into a paste, take into a bowl.
  3.  Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4.  Pour 2 cups of oil in it.
  5. Heat oil for some time.
  6. Add onion pieces and green chillie pieces in it.
  7. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  8. Add ginger garlic paste also in it.
  9. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves in it.
  10. Mix well and make this mixture into small balls.
  11. Now make the balls into small rounds by hands.
  12. After making small rounds, dip one by one all rounds in the heated oil.
  13. Fry the rounds by turning vada on both sides.
  14. Fry the rounds till the vada comes to golden brown colour.
  15. After frying vada, make the stove off.
  16. Take the fried vada in a plate and serve.
  17. Now you are ready with beans vada infront on you.

How To Make Ragi Flour Dosa















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Black gram                  ----- 1/2 cup
Ragi flour                     ----- 1 cup
Rice flour                     ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                              ----- as required
Ghee                            ----- as required
Green chillie pieces       ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. First take a bowl and add black gram in it.
  2. Add sufficient water in it to soak the gram.
  3. Keep aside for 4 hours.
  4. After 4 hours wash with water for upto 3 times.
  5. After washing dal, grind it till batter comes to soft.
  6. Add salt in it.
  7. Now add ragi flour and rice flour in it.
  8. Add water in it if neccesary.
  9. Now keep it aside for full night.
  10. After soaking it, you are ready to make dosa with this.
  11. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. After 2 sec, add 2 spoons of ghee on the pan.
  13. Add green chillie pieces in the batter and mix well.
  14. You are ready with dosa batter. 
  15. After add batter on it.
  16. Spread batter on it very thickly.
  17. Now add ghee on the sides of it.
  18. Also add ghee on the dosa.
  19. Roast it for 2 sec.
  20. Now see it by turning it back.
  21. If it is roasted on one side, roast it on the other side also.
  22. After roasting it on both sides, make the stove off.
  23. Take dosa on a plate and serve it with coconut chutney or ground nuts chutney. 
  24. Now you are ready with ragi dosa infront on you.

Spinach pieces         ----- 1 cup
Mint Leaves            ----- 1 cup
Coriander leaves     ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces          ----- 2 cups

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 cups of water in it.
  3. Boil water for 2 sec.
  4. After 2 sec, add mint leaves and spinach leaves in it.
  5. Add coriander leaves also in it.
  6. Boil green leafy vegetables for 15 to 20 min.
  7. After 20 min, make the stove off.
  8. Now drain the excess water from it.
  9. After take the boiled green leaves in a plate.
  10. Cool it for 15 min.
  11. After 20 min, make this into a fine paste in a jar.
  12. Take the paste into a cup and keep aside.
  13. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
  15. Add red chillies, bengal gram and black gram also in it.
  16. Add jeera and mustard seeds also.
  17.  Fry all for 2 sec.
  18. Add onion pieces and green chillie pieces also in it.
  19. Fry all till onion pieces comes to golden colour.
  20. Add green paste in it.
  21. Mix well for 10 min.
  22. Add salt as per your taste.
  23. Add jeera powder also.
  24. Mix once and add 1/2 cup of water in it.
  25. Mix well and cook it by placing a plate on it.
  26. Cook it for 5 to 10 min.
  27. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  28. Take the curry into a bowl and serve.
  29. Now you are ready with spinach curry infront on you.

  7. Cool it for some time.
  8. Take a jar and take coriander in it and make into fine powder.
  9. Take this powder into a cup and keep aside.
  10. Take cinnamon in jar and make into fine powder and keep aside in a cup separetly.
  11. Take red chillies and make it as a powder and keep aside in another cup.
  12. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add 4 spoons of oil in it.

  15. Add mustard seeds, bengal gram and black gram in it.

Sugar                   ----- 3/4 cup
Milk                     ----- 1 cup
Grated coconut    ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:   
  1. Take a jar and add mango pieces in it.
  2. Now blend it and make into mango paste.
  3. Take this into a cup and keep aside.
  4. Now take the pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  5. Add milk and sugar in it.
  6. Keep in low flame.
  7. Mix well and boil milk till milk quantity comes to 1/4 cup.
  8. After milk comes to 1/4 cup of quantity, add mango paste in it.
  9. Mix well and add grated coconut in it.
  10. Mix well fully for 10 min.
  11. After 10 min, it comes to thick consistency.
  12. After 5 min, make the stove off.
  13. Now take a plate and apply ghee on it.
  14. Take this sweet in this plate and spread on it.
  15. Keep aside for some time to cool it.
  16. After keeping it for 5 min, take a knife and cut into pieces as you like in any shape of it.

How To Make Coconut Kichidi
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice                           ----- 1cup
Water                        ----- 2 cups
Onion pieces              ----- 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste      ----- 2 spoons

Cloves                        ----- 2 or 3
Grated carrot               ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces      ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                             ----- as required
Red chillie powder      ----- as required
Coriander leaves         ----- 1/2 cup
Coconut powder         ----- 1 cup
Ghee                           ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:    
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cloves and cinnamon in it.
  4. Fry all for 2 min.
  5. Add onion pieces also in it.
  6. Fry till onions comes to golden brown colour.
  7. After add ginger garlic paste in it and fry for 5 min.
  8. Now add grated carrot in it.
  9. Fry all for 10 min.
  10. Wash rice in a bowl and soak in water for 15 min.
  11. Add soaked rice in the pan.
  12. Fry all and add water in it.
  13. Cook rice for 15 min.
  14. After 15 min, add salt and coconut powder in it.
  15. Mix once and add coriander leaves in it.
  16. Make the stove off and take curry into a bowl.

  9. After 10 min, drain water and keep aside to cool.
  10. Now soak green peas in sufficient water in a bowl.
  11. Soak for 1/2 hour.
  12. After 1/2 hour, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Now add 2 cups of water in it.
  14. Add soaked peas also in it.
  15. Boil peas for 10 to 15 min.
  16. After 15 min, make the stove off and drain the excess water from it.
  17. Take the boiled peas aside in a cup.
  18. Take boiled green chillies and spinach pieces in a cup and make into fine paste in a jar.
  19. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  20. Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
  21. Heat oil for 2 sec, add onion pieces in it.
  22. Fry for 5 min.
  23. Add ginger garlic paste also.
  24. Add spinach paste in it and mix well.
  25. Now add boiled peas in it.
  26. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  27. Add coriander powder also.
  28. Mix once and add 1/2 cup of water in it.
  29. Keep a plate on the pan for 5 to 10 min.

How To Make Stuffed Capsicum Curry

Red chillie powder          ----- as required
Ginger garlic paste          ----- 2 spoons
Boiled aloo                     ----- 2 or 3
Boiled peas                    ----- 1 cup
Water                            ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1.  Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
  3. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  4. After 2 sec, add jeera, mustard seeds in it.
  5. Add black gram and bengal gram also.
  6. Fry all for 2 sec and add curry leaves in it.
  7. After add onion pieces and green chillie pieces in it.
  8. Fry well till onions comes to light gold colour.
  9. Add turmeric powder in it.
  10. Take boiled aloo and green peas.
  11. Mix both and make into thick paste.
  12. Take paste separately in a small bowl.
  13. Cut capsicum into 4 sides to stuff inside.
  14. Now stuff the paste in the capsicum.
  15. After add stuffed capsicum to the pan.
  16. Now mix well and keep a plate on it.
  17. Cook for 3 min.
  18. After 3 min, mix once and add ginger garlic paste.
  19. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  20. Mix once and sprinkle water on it.
  21. Keep plate on it.

  3. Heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add 3 spoons of ghee also in it.
  5. Add black gram, bengal gram in it.
  6. Add cashew nuts, cloves, cinnamon and pepper seeds in it.
  7. Take a cup and take ginger pieces, garlic pieces, pepper seeds, salt, green chillies in it.
  8. Make all into a thick paste and add to the cooker.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Wash rice and moong dal in separate bowls.
  11. Add washed rice and moong dal in the cooker.
  12. Mix it and add 3 cups of water in it.
  13. Mix once and add sufficient salt in it.
  14. Put a lid on it and also the weight.
  15. Cook it till 4 whistles comes.
  16. After 4 whistles has come, make the stove off.
  17. Wait for 15 min.
  18. After 15 min, remove the weight and open the lid.
  19. Mix once and add 3 spoons of ghee in it.
  20. Now take pongal into a bowl and serve it by garnishing with coriander leaves.

Potato pieces              ----- 1 cup
Carrot pieces              ----- 1/2 cup
Cloves                        ----- 2
Elachi                         ----- 2
Cinnamon                   ----- 2 small pieces
Ginger garlic paste      ----- 2 spoons

PROCEDURE:  
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add beans pieces, boiled peas, carrot pieces and potato pieces in it.
  4. Fry all vegetables for 15 to 20 min.
  5. After frying vegetables for 20 min, make the stove off.
  6. Take fried vegetables into a plate and keep aside.
  7. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Add elachi, cloves and cinnamon in it.
  10. Fry all for 2 min and add ginger garlic paste in it.
  11. Fry for 2 min.
  12. Add onion pieces and green chillie slices in it.
  13. Fry for 15 min.
  14. Add 2 cups of coconut milk in it.
  15. Now wash the rice in a bowl.
  16. After washing rice, pour 2 cups of water in it and soak for 5 min.
  17. Boil coconut milk for 5 to 10 min.
  18. After boiling coconut milk, add soaked rice in it.
  19. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  20. Now mix once and keep a plate on it.
  21. Cook the rice for 15 to 20 min.
  22. After 20 min, open the plate and mix once.
  23. Now add fried vegetables to the cooked rice.
  24. Mix once and cook for 5 min by mixing well.
  25. After 5 min, make the stove off.
  26. Take the rice into a bowl and serve on a plate.
  27. Now you are ready with coconut veg rice infront on you.
  28. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious coconut veg rice.

How To Make Wheat Java Payasam










REQUIRED ITEMS:

Wheat java              ----- 1 cup
Ghee                       ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts            ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                    -----  1/2 cup
Water                     ----- 1 cup
Milk                       ----- 1 cup
Coconut powder    ----- 1/2 cup
Jaggery                  ----- 1 cup
Coconut milk         ----- 1/2 cup
Elachi powder       ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it.
  4. Fry all till nuts comes to light golden colour.
  5. Add wheat java in it.
  6. Fry till java comes to light brown colour.
  7. After add coconut powder in it.
  8. Fry all for 2 sec.
  9. Now add water in it and mix once.
  10. Cook it till water is totally absorbed.
  11. Add milk in it.
  12. Mix well for 5 min.
  13. After 5 min, add jaggery in it.
  14. Mix well till jaggery is fully melted.
  15. After add coconut milk in it.
  16. Mix well for 5 min.
  17. Now add elachi on it.
  18. Mix once and serve in a bowl.
  19. Now you are ready with wheat java payasam.

How To Make Ground Nuts Ice Cream




















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Milk                           ----- 2 cups
Ground nuts               ----- 1 cup
Sugar                         ----- 1 cup
Ghee                         ----- 2 spoons
Cashew nuts              ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
  4. After nuts comes to gold colour take into a cup and keep aside.
  5. Now add ground nuts in that pan.
  6. Fry nuts for 10 min.
  7. After 10 min take the fried ground nuts into a plate.
  8. Now cool the fried ground nuts for 15 min.
  9. After cooling nuts, make into a fine powder.
  10. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add milk in it and boil till milk comes to 1 cup of quantity.
  12. After boiling milk, add ground nut powder in it.
  13. Also add sugar in it.
  14. Mix well till sugar is melted.
  15. After sugar is melted, boil for 15 min by mixing well.
  16. After 15 min, make the stove off.
  17. After cool the milk for 15 min.
  18. After waiting for 15 min, take ice cream into a cup.
  19. Now garnish with fried cashew nuts on it.
  20. Cool it for upto 5 hours in a fridge.
  21. After 5 hours, you can serve.
  22. Now you are ready with ground nuts ice cream infront on you.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very cool ground nuts ice cream

How To Make Meetha Doya

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Milk                      ----- 1 cup
Jaggery                 ----- 3/4 cup
Water                   ----- as required
Ghee                     ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts          ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                  ----- 1/2 cup
Curd                     -----  2 spoons

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add milk in it and boil milk for 20 min.
  3. Take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add jaggery and 1/2 cup of water in it.
  5. Mix well till jaggery is totally melted.
  6. After melting it, mix well for 5 to 10 min.
  7. After 10 min, make the stove off and keep aside.
  8. After boiling milk keep aside to cool for 15 min. 
  9. After cooling milk add jaggery syrup to it.
  10. Mix once and add 2 spoons of curd in it.
  11. Mix once and make the stove off.
  12. Wait for 20 min to cool it.
  13. After cooling it, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  15. Add raisins and cashew nuts in it.
  16. Fry nuts and raisins for 5 min.
  17. After frying nuts add fried nuts to milk.
  18. Mix once and keep the milk in fridge for 4 hours.
  19. After 4 hours serve in a cup.
  20. Now you are ready with meetha doya infront on you.
  21. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet meetha doya

How To Make Mixed Veg Masala Curry














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Oil                                        ----- as required
Cloves                                  ----- 2
Jeera                                     ----- 1 spoon
Carrot pieces                        ----- 1/2 cup
Cabbage pieces                    -----  1/2 cup
Water                                   ----- as required
Coconut powder                   ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                       ----- as required
Red chillie powder                ----- as required
Cinnamon                             ----- 2 small pieces
Onion pieces                         ----- 1 cup
Curry leaves                          -----  1/2 cup
Boiled aloo                           ----- 2
Coriander powder                ----- 2 spoons

PROCEDURE:  

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add carrot, cabbage pieces and water in it.
  3. Cook for 15 min.
  4. Now drain excess water from it.
  5. Take boiled carrot and cabbage in a plate and keep aside.
  6. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add 4 spoons of oil in it.
  8. Heat oil for 2 min.
  9. Now add cloves, cinnamon and jeera in it.
  10. Fry for 2 min and add curry leaves in it.
  11. Add onion pieces, boiled carrots and cabbage pieces in it.
  12. Mix well for 10 min.
  13. Smash the boiled aloo in a plate.
  14. Now add smashed aloo into the pan.
  15. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  16. Add coconut powder and coriander powder in it.
  17. Mix well for 5 min.
  18. Cook for 15 min.
  19. Mix once and make the stove off.
  20. Take the curry into a bowl.
  21. Now you are ready with mixed veg masala curry.
  22. Eat and enjoy with the combination of rice, chapatis, rotis and pulkas also.

How To Make Ferni

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Ghee                               ----- 1 cup
Milk                                ----- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                    ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                             ----- 1/2 cup
Elachi                              ----- 1
Sugar                              ----- 1 cup
Rice flour                        ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts, elachi and raisins in it.
  4. Fry all for 2 min.
  5. After 2 min, add milk to it.
  6.  Boil milk for 5 to 10 min.
  7. Add sugar in it and mix well.
  8. Mix it till sugar is totally melted.
  9. Mix well by mixing it.
  10. Add small quantity of rice flour in it.
  11. Mix it and add remaining flour in it by mixing it thoroughly.
  12. Avoid lumps from it.
  13. Mix well till it comes to very closer.
  14. After make the stove off.
  15. Wait for 5 min after stove is offed.
  16. After 5 min, take a bowl and serve on it.
  17. Now you are ready with ferni infront on you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet item ferni

How To Make Dum Ka Aloo











REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled aloo                   ----- 2 or 3
Oil                                ----- as required
Onion pieces                 ----- 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste         ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                               ----- as required
Red chillie powder         ----- as required
Turmeric powder           ----- 1/2 spoon
Water                            ----- as required
Green peas                    ----- 1/2 cup
Tomato pieces               ----- 1 cup
Fenugreek leaves           ----- 1/2 cup
Grated butter                 ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves            ----- 1 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 4 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add onion pieces in it and fry it for 5 min.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, green peas in it.
  5. Fry for 2 min.
  6. Add tomato pieces and fenugreek leaves in it.
  7. Add salt and red chillie in it as per your taste.
  8. Add turmeric powder in it.
  9. Mix well for 5 min.
  10. After 5 min, add 1 1/2 cup of water in it.
  11. Mix once and cook for 10 min by keeping a plate on it.
  12. After 10 min, mix well.
  13. Smash the boiled aloo in a plate.
  14.  Add smahed aloo in the pan.
  15. Add grated butter in it.
  16. Mix well for 2 min.
  17. Now make the stove off.
  18. Take a bowl and serve on it.
  19. Garnish with coriander leaves on it.
  20. Now you are ready with dum ka aloo curry infront on you.
  21. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious curry dum ka aloo.
  22. This is a good combination with rice, pulkas, rotis and chapatis.
