How To Make Chocolate Cake
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Coco powder                     ----- 1/4 cup
Plain flour                           ----- 1 1/2 cup
Sugar                                 ----- 1 cup
Water                                ----- 1 cup
Ghee or oil                         ----- 1 cup
Vanilla                                ----- 1 spoon
Venigar                              ----- 1 spoon
Salt                                    ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE:       
  1. Take a bowl and add coco powder in it.
  2. Add plain flour, salt and sugar in it.
  3. Mix well and add sufficient water in it if necessary.
  4. Add ghee, venigar and vanilla also.
  5. Mix well and make into a thick paste.
  6. Now take a bowl and apply ghee on it.
  7. After applying ghee, spread this mixture.
  8. After applying mixture, put in the micro oven.
  9. Now put at 350 degrees for 45 min and bake.
  10. After 45 min, wait for 10 min.
  11. After 10 min, remove from oven and keep aside.
  12. Now take into a plate and garnish with nuts also.
  13. Now you are ready with chocolate cake infront of you.

How To Make Potato Fingers

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Potatoes                     ----- 2
Onion pieces              ----- 1/2 cup
Corn flakes                ----- 2 cups
Oil                             ----- as required
Green chillies              ----- 1 or 2
Ginger pieces              ----- 1/2 cup
Plain flour                   ----- 1/2 cup
Corn flour                  ----- 2 spoons
Salt                            ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take potatoes and wash with water.
  2. Peel the skin of the potatoes and cut into long pieces.
  3. After take a cooker and add potato pieces and sufficient water in it.
  4. Add the water till pieces in it are fully soaked.
  5. Add salt also.
  6. Now make the stove on and keep the cover of it.
  7. Put weight on the cooker.
  8. Wait for 10 min till 3 whistles comes.
  9. After 3 whistles had come, make the stove off.
  10. After wait for 20 min till pressure of it goes out side.
  11. After 20 min, remove the weight and open it.
  12. Drain the excess water from it.
  13. Now take the boiled aloo in a plate and keep aside.
  14. Now take a jar and add onion pieces, green chillies, ginger and salt in it.
  15. Make into fine paste and add plain flour and corn flour in it.
  16. Mix well and add 4 spoons of water in it.
  17. Now take the mixed mixture in a bowl and mix well.
  18. After mixing it, dip one by one all aloo pieces in it.
  19. Now make the stove on and keep a pan on it.
  20. Heat the pan for 2 sec.
  21. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  22. After oil is heated, take dipped aloo and roll on the flakes.
  23. After rolling it, dip one by one all the aloo pieces in the oil.
  24. Fry all the pieces till pieces comes to golden brown colour.
  25. After frying it, make the stove off.
  26. Take the fried potato fingers in a plate and serve.
  27. Now you are ready with potato fingers infront of you.
  28. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, crispy and yummy snack item potato fingers.
  29. You can eat with tomato sauce or chuney also.

How To Make Rice Flakes Dosa

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice                        ----- 1 cup
Rice flakes              ----- 1/2 cup
Water                     ----- as required
Salt                         ----- as required
Jeera                       ----- 2 spoons
Onion pieces           ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces  ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                          ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take rice in a bowl and wash with water.
  2. After washing rice, soak washed rice with sufficient water.
  3. Soak the rice for 1 hour.
  4. After 1 hour, take rice flakes in a bowl.
  5. Pour water in rice flakes till rice flakes fully soaked in it.
  6. Soak rice flakes for 1/4 hour.
  7. After soaking both, make into a smooth dough.
  8. If neccesary add sufficient water in it.
  9. After making into smooth dough, take into a bowl.
  10. After taking into a bowl, add sufficient water in it to make a dosa.
  11. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  12. Add jeera also in it.
  13. After take dosa pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add 2 spoons of oil in it and spread on it.
  15. After spreading oil, take 2 spoons of dough and spread on it.
  16. After fry for 2 sec.
  17. Apply onion pieces, chillie pieces also.
  18. Add 2 spoons of oil on the pieces and also on the dosa.
  19. Wait for 2 sec.
  20. After 2 sec, turn on the other side.
  21. Add 2 spoons of oil and roast for 2 sec.
  22. After roasting dosa for 2 sec, turn and fold it.
  23. Make the stove off and take into a plate.
  24. You can make as many dosas as you want like this only.
  25. Now you are ready with rice flakes dosa infront of you.
  26. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy rice flakes dosa.
  27. You can eat with any chutney as you like.

How To Make Coriander Chutney












REQUIRED ITEMS:

Coriander leaves          ----- 2 cups
Tamarind                     ----- 1/4 cup
Red chillies                  ----- 10
Rock salt                     ----- 2 or 3 spoons
Bengal gram                ----- 2 spoons
Black gram                  ----- 2 spoons
Jeera                           ----- 1/2 spoon
Oil                              ----- as required
Turmeric powder        ----- 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder      ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and wash the coriander leaves with water.
  2. After washing leaves take into a plate and keep aside.
  3. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. After add coriander leaves in it.
  5. Fry for 5 min by mixing well.
  6. Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  7. Fry for 10 min.
  8. After 10 min, add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  9. Fry for 10 min and take the leaves in a plate and keep aside.
  10. Now take tamarind in a plate and pour 1/2 glass of water in it.
  11. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Add red chillies, jeera, black gram and bengal gram in it.
  13. Fry all by mixing well for 10 min.
  14. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  15. Now take the fried items in a plate and keep aside.
  16. Wait for 10 min.
  17. After 10 min, make into a fine powder.
  18. Add coriander powder also.
  19. Add salt,soaked  tamarind, turmeric powder and fried coriander leaves in it.
  20. Now mix once and make all into a fine paste.
  21. After making into a paste take into a bowl and keep aside.
  22. Now you are ready with coriander chutney infront of you.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy chutney coriander chutney.
  24. This is a good combination with rice, rotis, chapatis, pulkas and butter naan also.

How To Make Sweet Pongal

REQUIRED ITEMS:
Moong dal            ----- 1/2 cup
Rice                      ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                    ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts         ----- 1/2 cup
Coconut pieces     ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                  ----- 1/4 cup
Sugar                   ----- 3/4 cup
Water                  ----- 1 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and wash the rice and moong dal.
  2. Take a cooker and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add washed rice and moong dal in it.
  4. Add water in it and cook for 10 min by placing lid on it.
  5. Put weight also on it.
  6. Wait for 10 min.
  7. After 10 min, you will get 3 whistles.
  8. After 3 whistles has come, make the stove off.
  9. After wait for 10 min.
  10. Now open the lid of it and add sugar in it.
  11. Mix well and cook for 10 min.
  12. After 10 min, make the stove off and take into a bowl.
  13. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  15. Add cashew nuts, raisins and coconut pieces also in it.
  16. Fry all for 10 min till nuts comes to golden brown colour.
  17. After frying nuts, make the stove off.
  18. Add fried nuts, rasins and coconut pieces in it.
  19. Add heated ghee also in it.
  20. Mix well and serve in a cup.
  21. Now you are ready with sweet pongal infront of you.

How To Make Mysore Bonda












REQUIRED ITEMS:

Curd                        ----- 1 cup
Plain flour                 ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces            ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces   ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                          ----- as required
Jeera                        ----- 1 spoon
Baking soda             ----- small pinch
Oil                           ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add curd, plain flour in it.
  2. Add onion pieces and green chillie pieces also.
  3. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  4. Add jeera and baking soda also.
  5. Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
  6. Wait for 1 hour to soak it fully.
  7. After soaking the mixed flour, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Add 2 cups of oil in it.
  9. Heat oil for 2 sec and take the mixture and make into small balls.
  10. After heating oil, dip one by one all the balls in it.
  11. Fry the bondas till the colour of it changes to golden colour.
  12. After bonda comes to gold colour, make the stove off.
  13. Take the fried bonda from oil and serve in a plate.
  14. Now you are ready with mysore bonda infront of you.

How To Make Coriander Rice

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Coriander leaves         ----- 2 cups
Rice                            ----- 1 cup
Water                         ----- 2 cups
Oil                              ----- as required
Onion pieces               -----2 cups
Potato pieces              ----- 2 cups
Green chillies              ----- 4 or 5
Salt                            ----- as required
Ginger-garlic paste     ----- 3 spoons
Ghee                         ----- 4 spoons
Cashew nuts              ----- 1 cup

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a bowl and wash the coriander leaves with water.
  2. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add 2 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add green chillies and coriander leaves in it.
  5. Fry all for 5 to 10 min.
  6. After frying, cool it by placing aside for 10 min.
  7. Now make into a paste and keep it aside.
  8. Take a cooker and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Pour water in it and boil for 5 min.
  10. Now wash the rice with water in a separate bowl. 
  11. After boiling water, add washed rice in it.
  12. Cook the rice by placing the cover of it.
  13. After place a weight on it.
  14. Cook it for 10 to 15 min.
  15. You will get 3 to 4 whistles.
  16. After 3 whistles, make the stove off.
  17. Wait for 10 min to open the cover.
  18. After 10 min, the pressure of it goes out.
  19. After cooking rice, take into a bowl and keep it aside.
  20. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  21. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  22. After heating oil, add potato pieces in it.
  23. Fry it till potato pieces comes to golden brown colour.
  24. After pieces comes to golden colour, make the stove off. 
  25. Take fried potato pieces into a plate and add fried pieces to rice.
  26. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  27. Add 1 cup of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  28. Add ginger garlic paste in it and fry till paste comes to light brown colour.
  29. Add onion pieces also in it.
  30. Fry all by mixing it well.
  31. Fry it till pieces also comes to light brown colour.
  32. Add coriander paste in it and fry for 10 min by mixing it well.
  33. After 10 min, make the stove off.  
  34. Now add the fried paste to the cooked rice.
  35. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  36. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  37. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
  38. After nuts comes to golden colour, make the stove off.
  39. Add fried nuts to the cooked rice.
  40. Now add salt in it as per your taste.
  41. Mix well and serve in a plate.
  42. Now you are ready with coriander rice infront of you.
  43. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy rice item coriander rice

    How To Make Moong Dal Payasam











    REQUIRED ITEMS: 

    Moong dal                             ----- 1 cup
    Milk                                      ----- 2 cups
    Sugar                                    ----- 1 cup
    Ghee                                    ----- 4 spoons
    Cashew nuts                         ----- 1/2 cup
    Raisins                                 ----- 1/4 cup
    Water                                  ----- 1 cup

    PROCEDURE: 

    1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    2.  Pour milk in it and boil for 5 min.
    3. After 5 min, wash the dal with water in a bowl.
    4. Keep the boiled milk aside by placing a plate on it. 
    5. After washing it, take another pan and add dal and water.
    6. Cook dal for 10 min by placing a plate on it.
    7. After dal is cooked, keep the cooked dal aside.
    8. Cool it for 10 min. 
    9. After 10 min, make into a paste.
    10. After milk is boiled, add this paste.
    11. After adding paste to milk, mix well.
    12. Mix for 10 min.
    13. After 10 min, add sugar in it.
    14. Mix well till sugar is fully melted in the boiled milk.
    15. After sugar is melted, make the stove off.
    16. Take the sweet into a bowl.
    17. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    18. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    19. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it.
    20. Fry nuts till nuts comes to light gold colour.
    21. After frying nuts, make the stove off.
    22. Take the fried nuts and raisins into a plate and garnish on the sweet.
    23. Now you are ready with moong dal payasam infront of you.

    How To Make Green Peas Curry













    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Green peas                  ----- 2 cups
    Tomato pieces             ----- 2 cups
    Onion pieces               ----- 1 cup
    Oil                              ----- 4 spoons
    Green chillie pieces     ----- 1 spoon
    Mustard seeds            ----- 2 spoons
    Jeera                          ----- 1 spoon
    Black gram                ----- 2 spoons
    Bengal gram              ----- 1 spoon
    Curry leaves              ----- 1/2 cup
    Salt                           ----- as required
    Red chillie powder     ----- as required
    Garam masala            ----- 2 spoons

    PROCEDURE:       
    1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    2. After heating the pan, add oil in it.
    3. Heat oil for 2 sec.
    4. After add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and bengal gram also.
    5. Fry for 2 min.
    6. Add cuury leaves also.
    7. Add gren chillie pieces, onion pieces and tomato pieces also.
    8. Add green peas in it.
    9. Fry for 10 min and add 2 cups of water in it.
    10. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
    11. Mix once and add garam masala in it.
    12. Mix well and cook it for 15 to 20 min.
    13. While cooking it, keep a plate on the pan.
    14. Wait for 15 min.
    15. After 15 min, open the plate and make the stove off.
    16. Mix well and take the curry into a bowl.
    17. Now you are ready with peas curry infront of you.
    18. Now eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy green peas curry.
    19. This is a good combination with rice, rotis, chapatis and pulkas also.

    How To Make Dates Halwa
















    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Dates                             ----- 1 cup
    Jaggery                          ----- 1 cup
    Milk                              ----- 1/2 cup
    Ghee                             ----- 4 spoons
    Cashew nuts                  ----- 1/2 cup
    Sweet less kova            ----- 1/2 cup

    PROCEDURE: 

    1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    2. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    3. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
    4. After frying nuts, take into a cup and keep aside.
    5. After frying, make dates into a paste in a jar.
    6. After add dates paste in the ghee and fry.
    7. Fry it till dates comes to golden brown colour.
    8. After frying, add jaggery in it.
    9. Mix well till jaggery is totally melted.
    10. After jaggery is melted, add sweet less kova in it.
    11. Mix it till it comes to very thicker form.
    12. After add ghee in it and make the stove off.
    13. Take the sweet into a plate and cut into small pieces.
    14. Now you are ready with dates halwa infront of you.
    15. Eat and enjoy the very tasty,delicious and yummy sweet dates halwa.
