How To Make Bread Pakoda
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Boiled potatoes ----- 2
Bread slices ----- 10
Gram flour ----- 2 cups
Onion pieces ----- 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste ----- 2 spoons
Salt ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
Baking soda ----- small pinch
Coriander leaves ----- 1/2 cup
Oil ----- as required
Water ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add boiled potatoes in it.
- Now smash the potatoes and add gram flour in it.
- Add onion pieces, ginger-garlic paste and coriander leaves in it.
- Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
- Mix well and add sufficient water in it to make a thick batter.
- After take bread slices and cut into two parts by cutting it in triangle shape.
- After make the stove on and put a pan on it.
- Now pour 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- After dip one by one all the bread slices in the mixture.
- After oil is heated, dip one by one all the soaked bread slices.
- Now fry the bread slices untill the bread slices comes to golden brown colour.
- After frying the slices, take the pakoda in a plate.
- Now make the stove off.
- Now you are ready with bread pakoda infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious,crispy and yummy bread pakoda.
