How To Make Green Peas Burfi
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Green peas ----- 1 cup
Milk ----- 3 cups
Ghee ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar ----- 3/4 cup
Water ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add green peas and water in it.
- Wash green peas very thoroughly.
- After drain the washed water and add 2 cups of water in it.
- Now make the stove on and put in low flame.
- Cook green peas for 10 min.
- After 10 min, make the stove off.
- Now take the boiled peas into a plate and keep aside.
- Wait for 10 min.
- After 10 min, make this into thick paste using mixy jar.
- After keep a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Now add 3 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry for 2 min.
- After 2 min, make the stove off.
- Take the fried cashew nuts and raisins in a plate and keep aside.
- Now make teh stove on and add 2 spoons of ghee in it.
- Heat ghee for 2 sec and add green peas paste in it.
- Fry for 5 min and add 3 cups of milk in it.
- Cook for 15 min by mixing it well with out getting any lumps.
- After cooking it for 15 min, make the stove off.
- Take a plate and apply ghee on it.
- Now spread the sweet into a plate.
- After wait for 5 min and garnish with fried nuts and raisins on it.
- Now cut the sweet into small pieces in any shape you want.
- Now you are ready with green peas burfi infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet green peas burfi.
