How To Make Rainbow Curry
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Capsicum pieces ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Tomato pieces ----- 1 cup
Green peas ----- 1/2 cup
Potato pieces ----- 1 cup
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts paste ----- 1/2 cup
Salt ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
Garam masala powder ----- 4 spoons
Oil ----- 3 spoons
Water ----- as required
Ginger-garlic paste ----- 3 spoons
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and make the stove on.
- Place it on the stove and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add ginger- garlic paste and fry for 2 sec.
- Add onion pieces, tomato pieces, potato pieces in it.
- Add cashew nuts, green chillie pieces, green peas and capsicum pieces in it.
- Mix once and fry for 5 min.
- Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
- Mix once and add 2 cups of water in it.
- Cook it for 15 min by placing a plate on the pan.
- Add cashew nuts paste on the pan and mix well.
- Now you are ready with rainbow curry infront of you.
- Make the stove off and take into a bowl.
- You can garnish with coriander leaves also.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, yummy and delicious rainbow curry.
- This is a good combination with rice, chapatis, rotis, pulkas and butter naan also.
