How To Make Semiya Cake
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Semiya ----- 1 cup
Ghee ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar ----- 3/4 cup
Coconut powder ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Water ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 3 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
- After nuts comes to gold colour, take fried nuts into a cup and keep aside.
- Now add remaining ghee also in it.
- Heat it for 2 min and add semiya in it.
- Fry it well till semiya colour changes to golden brown colour.
- Now make the stove off.
- Take fried semiya in a plate and keep aside.
- Take a pan and add sugar in it.
- Add 1 cup of water in it.
- Now mix well for 15 min.
- You will get sugar syrup.
- Now add fried semiya in the syrup.
- Cook it for 15 min by mixing it well.
- After 15 min, make the stove off and add coconut powder.
- Now take a plate and apply ghee on it.
- Now spread the sweet on the plate.
- Wait for 10 min and cut the sweet into pieces in any shape you want.
- Now you are ready with semiya cake infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy teh very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet semiya cake.
