How To Make Walnuts Halwa
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Walnuts(acroots) ----- 1 cup
Sugar ----- 3/4 cup
Ghee ----- 4 spoons
Rava(bombay) ----- 1 spoon
Milk ----- 3/4 cup
Water ----- 1/2 cup
Elachi powder ----- 1/2 spoon
Acroot pieces ----- 1/4 cup
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add water and sugar in it.
- Mix once and boil for 5 min.
- Take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add rava in it and fry for 5 min.
- After make the stove off.
- Now add acroots in the sugar syrup and boil for 10 min.
- Add fried rava also in the sugar syrup.
- Mix it well for 10 min.
- After 10 min, it comes to very dry and closer also.
- Add milk in it and mix well.
- Cook it for 10 min by keeping in low flame.
- Mix well thoroughly for 5 min.
- Add elachi powder and make the stove off.
- Now take the sweet into a bowl and garnish with acroot pieces on it.
- Now you are ready with walnuts halwa infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item walnuts halwa.
