Boiled aloo ----- 1 cup
Besan flour ----- 2 cups
Salt ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
Water ----- as required
Onion pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Oil ----- as required
Lemon juice ----- 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 2 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 1 sec.
- Now add onion pieces in it.
- Fry the onions till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.
- After colour has changed, add boiled aloo paste in it.
- Fry for just 2 min by mixing well.
- Add salt in it.
- Now make the stove off and add lemon juice in it.
- Now mix well once and take into a bowl and keep it aside.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 1 cup of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Take a bowl and add besan flour in it.
- Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
- Add small pinch of baking soda in it.
- Add sufficient water in it to make it as a thick consistency.
- Mix well with hands so possible to avoid lumps.
- Now take the aloo mixture and make it as small balls and keep it on a plate.
- Now dip the ball on the besan flour mixture and fry in the heated oil.
- Fry the ball till the colour changes to golden brown colour.
- After frying all the balls like that, make the stove off.
- Take the fried balls in a plate and serve.
- Now you are ready with aloo bonda infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack item aloo bonda.
