Boiled aloo ----- 2
Bread slices ----- 8
Water ----- as required
Oil ----- as required
Salt ----- as required
Red chilie powder ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add boiled aloo in it.
- Smash it to make it as a paste.
- Now add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
- Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 min.
- Take a bowl and add 2 cups of water in it.
- Now take bread slices and cut the edges one by one.
- Keep in a plate.
- Now mix the aloo mixture once.
- Now dip the bread slice in the water and press it by using your both hands.
- After removing all the water absorbed by the slices.
- Now take the aloo mixture and make as small balls and keep in a plate.
- Now stuff these balls in the wet slices and cover it in a round shape.
- Dip the balls one by one in the heated oil.
- Fry these balls till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.
- After colour has changed, make the stove off.
- Take the fried balls from the oil and place on the plate.
- Now you are ready with aloo pyatis infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack item aloo pyatis.
