How To Make Amla Pulihara
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Grated amla ----- 1 cup
Red chillies ----- 3 or 4
Cooked rice ----- 2 cups
Oil ----- as required
Mustard seeds ----- 2 spoons
Jeera ----- 1 spoon
Black gram ----- 2 spoons
Bengal gram ----- 2 spoons
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie slices ----- 4 or 5
Asafoetida ----- small pinch of all most 1 spoon
Curry leaves ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves ----- 1/2 cup
Lemon juice ----- as required
Turmeric powder ----- 1 spoon
Salt ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add cooked rice in it and keep it aside.
- Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- After 2 sec, add 1/4 cup of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and bengal gram in it.
- Add red chillies, green chillie slices, cashew nuts also.
- Add turmeric powder, curry leaves and asafoetida also in it.
- Fry all for 5 min.
- After 5 min, add this fried items in a bowl.
- Now take the pan again and add 1/2 cup of oil in it.
- Heat it for 2 sec.
- After 2 sec, add grated amla in it.
- Fry it for 15 min by mixing it well.
- After frying for 15 min, make the stove off.
- Now mix the fried amla to the cooked rice.
- Add salt in it as per your taste.
- Now mix well and add sufficient lime juice in it.
- Mix once and serve on a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Now you are ready with amla pulihara infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, spicy, delicious and yuumy amla pulihara.
