Banana ----- 1
Plain flour ----- 1/2 cup
Rice flour ----- 1/2 cup
Water ----- as required
Salt ----- as required
Oil ----- 2 cups
Red chillie powder ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add rice flour and plain flour in it.
- Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
- Now take the banana and peel the skin of it.
- Take a plate and smash the banana and place on it.
- Add this smashed banana in the bowl.
- Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
- Mix well and add sufficient water in it to make it as a dough using your hand.
- After making as a smooth dough, take a pan.
- Place the pan on the stove and make the stove on.
- Heat the pan for 2 sec.
- After 2 sec, add oil in it and heat for 5 min.
- Now wait for 5 min.
- Take the smooth dough and divide as small balls.
- Now make the balls as puris by using roti maker.
- After preparing puris, dip the maked puri in the heated oil.
- Fry for 2 sec by turning on both sides.
- Fry it till puris colour changes to golden colour.
- After preparing as many puris as you want, make the stove off.
- Now you are ready with banana masala puris infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, crispy, delicious and yummy banana masala puri.
