How To Make Ragi Flour Roti
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Ragi flour ----- 1 cup
Wheat flour ----- 1 cup
Ghee ----- 2 spoons
Salt ----- as required
Oil ----- as required
Water ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add ragi flour, wheat flour and salt in it.
- Add 2 spoons of ghee in it.
- Mix well with water to make it as a dough.
- Use sufficient water to make it as a smooth dough.
- After preparing dough, keep it aside for 20 min.
- Wait for 20 min.
- After 20 min has completed, make dough into smaal balls.
- After preparing dough into small balls, press it on the middle.
- After dip in the wheat flour and make it as a roti.
- You can make rotis by using roti maker or using your hands also.
- After making rotis, take a pan.
- Now place the pan on the stove.
- Make the stove on and heat it for 2 sec.
- Place the roti on the heated pan and fry it.
- Now fry on one side.
- Turn on the other side and add oil on the sides and on the roti also.
- Roast it on the both sides.
- Now you can make many rotis as you want.
- Now you are ready with ragi flour rotis infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yuumy ragi flour roti.
- These rotis are very healthy and have more nutrients in it.
