How To Make Shahi Thukuda
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Bread slices ----- 10
Ghee ----- 2 cups
Milk ----- 2 cups
Milk maid ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar ----- 1 cup
Elachi powder ----- small pinch
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add ghee in the pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Now cut the bread slices in round shape by using moulds.
- After heating ghee, dip one by one all the bread slices.
- Fry the slices till slices comes to golden colour.
- After slices colour changes to gold colour, take the fried slices into a plate and keep aside.
- Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add milk in it and boil for 20 min by mixing well.
- After 20 min, milk will get the state of thick consistency.
- Now add milk maid in it.
- After adding milk maid in milk, mix well for 5 min.
- After mixing well for 5 min, add sugar also in it.
- Now mix well for 10 min.
- Add elachi powder in it and mix once.
- After 10 min, make the stove off.
- Keep the prepared milk aside.
- Now take a bowl and keep 4 fried slices in it.
- After placing slices, pour milk on the slices.
- Now keep another 4 slices and pour milk on the slices.
- Keep remaining slices also.
- Pour the prepared slices on the slices.
- Now you are ready with the sweet item shahi thukuda.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet shahi thukuda.
