How To Make Amla Coconut Chutney

REQUIRED ITEMS:
Coconut pieces            ----- 1 cup
Amla pieces                 ----- 1/2 cup
Red chillies                  ----- 10
Salt                             ----- as required
Oil                              ----- 4 spoons
Turmeric powder        ----- 1/4 spoon
Fenugreek seeds         ----- 1/2 spoon
Bengal gram                -----  2 spoons
Black gram                 ----- 2 spoons
Jeera                          ----- 1 spoon
Mustard seeds            ----- 1 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add red chillies, bengal gram and black gram in it.
  3. Add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and jeera in it.
  4. Fry it by roasting very well with out adding oil in it.
  5. Roast it for 5 to 10 min.
  6. After roasing for 10 min, take fried material into a plate and keep aside.
  7. Add amla pieces in it and fry for 10 min.
  8. After frying it for 10 min, you can see the raw smell goes out from it. 
  9. Now add oil in it and fry for atleast 10 to 15 min.
  10. Fry it by mixing very well.
  11. After 15 min, make the stove off.
  12. Take this fried amla pieces in another plate and keep aside.
  13. Cool it for 15 min.
  14. After 15 min, take a jar and add fried spices material.
  15. Make it as a fine powder and add salt in it as per your taste.
  16. Next add coconut pieces and amla pieces also.
  17. Make this into a paste.
  18. After making it as paste add turmeric powder also in it.
  19. Blend it once and take this chutney into a bowl and keep aside.
  20. Now you are ready with amla coconut chutney infront of you.
  21. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy amla coconut chutney.
  22. This is a good combination with rice, idlis and chapatis also.
