How To Make Beetroot Halwa















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated beetroot          ----- 1 cup
Sugar                         ----- 1 cup
Ghee                          ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts               ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                        ----- 1/2 cup
Milk                           ----- 1 cup
Elachi powder             ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE:      
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry it.
  4. Fry nuts and raisins till the colour of the nuts changes to golden colour.
  5. Now add grated beet root in it and fry for 10 min.
  6. After 10 min, add milk and sugar in it.
  7. After adding it, mix well for 5 min.
  8. After 5 min, cook it for 10 min.
  9. Add elachi powder in it and mix once.
  10. Now you are ready with beetroot halwa infront of you.
  11. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item beetroot halwa
