Bengal gram ----- 1 cup
Sugar ----- 1 cup
Milk ----- 2 cups
Ghee ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins ----- 1/4 cup
Elachi powder ----- 1/2 spoon
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add bengal gram in it and fry for 5 to 10 min by mixing well.
- While frying dal, donot add oil or ghee.
- After frying, take into a plate and keep aside for 10 min.
- Then make the fried dal into fine rava using mixy jar.
- Now add milk in the pan and boil milk.
- After boiling milk, add sugar in it.
- Mix well till sugar is fully melted.
- Add elachi powder also in it.
- After add rava to the boiled milk by mixing well.
- Add rava in the milk care fully because, you should not get any lumps from it.
- Cook it for 10 to 15 min.
- You can add milk also.
- After cooking it, make the stove off.
- Take the sweet into a bowl and keep aside.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry it.
- Fry the nuts and raisins till nuts comes to golden brown colour.
- After frying nuts, add this fried nuts to the sweet and mix well and serve in a cup.
- Now you are ready with bengal gram kesari infront of you.
