How To Make Bread Bajji

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bread slices                ----- 10
Salt                            ----- as required
Red chillie powder      ----- as required
Water                         ----- as required
Oil                              ----- as required
Gram flour                  ----- 2 cups
Baking soda               ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 min.
  3. Take a bowl and add gram flour in it.
  4. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  5. Add baking soda in it and mix well.
  6. Pour sufficient water in it to make into a thick consistency.
  7. Take a bread slice and cut the edges of it.
  8. Now dip the slice in the gram flour mixture and dip in the oil.
  9. Fry all the slices in the oil like this only.
  10. Fry it till it comes to light golden colour.
  11. After colour has changed, make the stove off.
  12. Take the bread bajji in a plate and serve it.
  13. Now you are ready with bread bajji infront of you.
  14. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, yummy and crispy snack item bread bajji.
