Bread slices ----- 10
Salt ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
Water ----- as required
Oil ----- as required
Gram flour ----- 2 cups
Baking soda ----- small pinch
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Pour 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 min.
- Take a bowl and add gram flour in it.
- Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
- Add baking soda in it and mix well.
- Pour sufficient water in it to make into a thick consistency.
- Take a bread slice and cut the edges of it.
- Now dip the slice in the gram flour mixture and dip in the oil.
- Fry all the slices in the oil like this only.
- Fry it till it comes to light golden colour.
- After colour has changed, make the stove off.
- Take the bread bajji in a plate and serve it.
- Now you are ready with bread bajji infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, yummy and crispy snack item bread bajji.
