Cabbage pieces ----- 2 cups
Oil ----- 2 cups
Salt ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add oil in it and heat it for 2 min.
- After 2 min, add this cabbage pieces in the heated oil.
- Fry it by mixing well occasionally.
- Fry for 10 to 15 min means it changes into light brown colour.
- After colour has changed, make the stove off.
- Take this item into a bowl and serve it.
- Now you are ready with cabbage fry infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy item cabbage fry.
- This is a good combination with rice.
