How To Make Cabbage Pakoda
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Cabbage pieces                ----- 2 cups
Onion pieces                    ----- 1/2 cup
Gram flour                       ----- 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste           ----- 2 spoons
Oil                                  ----- as required
Salt                                 ----- as required
Red chillie powder          ----- as required
Rice flour                        ----- 1/2 cup
Water                             ----- as required

PROCEDURE:   
  1. Take a bowl and add cabbage pieces in it.
  2. Add water in it and wash well.
  3. Take a bowl and add washed cabbage pieces in it.
  4. Add onion pieces also.
  5. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste in it.
  7. Mix once and add gram flour and rice flour also in it.
  8. Mix once and add sufficient water in it to make it as a pakoda batter.
  9. Now put a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add mixed batter in the heated oil as pakoda.
  12. Fry for 2 to 5 min till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.
  13. After colour has changed, make the stove off.
  14. Take the fried pakoda in a plate and serve it.
  15. Now you are ready with cabbage pakoda infront of you.
  16. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy cabbage pakoda
