REQUIRED ITEMS:
Cabbage pieces ----- 2 cups
Onion pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Gram flour ----- 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste ----- 2 spoons
Oil ----- as required
Salt ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
Rice flour ----- 1/2 cup
Water ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add cabbage pieces in it.
- Add water in it and wash well.
- Take a bowl and add washed cabbage pieces in it.
- Add onion pieces also.
- Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
- Add ginger garlic paste in it.
- Mix once and add gram flour and rice flour also in it.
- Mix once and add sufficient water in it to make it as a pakoda batter.
- Now put a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add mixed batter in the heated oil as pakoda.
- Fry for 2 to 5 min till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.
- After colour has changed, make the stove off.
- Take the fried pakoda in a plate and serve it.
- Now you are ready with cabbage pakoda infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy cabbage pakoda.
