How To Make Corn And Green Peas Curry

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Corn                             ----- 1 cup
Green peas                   ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                                ----- 1/4 cup
Ghee                            ----- 2 spoons
Jeera                            ----- 1/2 spoon
Cloves                          ----- 2
Cinnamon                    ----- 2
Elachi                          ----- 2
Onion pieces               ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces     ----- 1/2 cup
Garlic pieces               ----- 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste       ----- 2 spoons
Salt                             ----- as required
Red chillie powder      ----- as required
Garam masala             ----- 2 spoons
Coriander powder      ----- 1 spoon
Pepper powder          ----- 1/2 spoon
Water                        ----- as required
Tomato paste             ----- 1 cup
Kaju paste                 ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves        ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil and ghee in it.
  3. After 2 sec, add jeera, cloves, cinnamon and elachi in it.
  4. Fry for 2 sec.
  5. Add onion pieces, green chillie pieces and also garlic pieces.
  6. Fry all for 3 min.
  7. After 3 min, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder in it.
  8. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  9. Add garam masala powder, pepper powder and coriander powder in it.
  10. Add tomato paste in it and mix well for 5 min.
  11. After 2 min, add corn seeds and green peas in it.
  12. Mix well for 2 sec, and add 2 cups of water in it.
  13. Cook it for 15 min by keeping a plate on it.
  14. After 15 min, add kaju paste in it.
  15. Mix well for 5 min and add coriander leaves in it.
  16. Cook it for 10 min by keeping a plate on it.
  17. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  18. Take a bowl and serve this curry in it.
  19. Now you are ready with corn and green peas curry infront of you.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, yummy and spicy corn and green peas curry
