Sabudana ----- 1 cup
Curd ----- 2 cups
Onion pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces ----- 1/4 cup
Salt ----- as required
Water ----- 2 cups
Ghee ----- 2 spoons
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Oil ----- 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder ----- 1/2 spoon
Mustard seeds ----- 2 spoons
Jeera ----- 2 spoons
Pepper seeds ----- 1/2 spoon
Ginger pieces ----- 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves ----- 1/4 cup
Red chillies ----- 3 or 4
Asafoetida ----- 1 spoon
Coriander leaves ----- 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add sabudana and water in it.
- Soak it for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, wash with water and take a pan.
- Add soaked sabudana and water in it.
- Cook it by keeping a plate on it for 10 to 15 min.
- After 15 min, take a bowl and add cooked sabudana in it.
- Add curd in it and mix well.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to light brown colour.
- After colour has changed, add fried nuts to the sabudana.
- Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add mustard seeds, jeera,curry leaves and red chillies in it.
- After add asafoetida, turmeric powder, ginger pieces and pepper seeds also.
- Fry all for 2 sec and add this to the sabudana.
- Now add onion pieces and green chillie pieces to the bowl.
- Add salt in it as per your taste and coriander leaves also in it.
- Mix well once and serve in a plate.
- Now you are ready with dhahi sabudana infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy item dahi sabudana.
