Oil ----- as required
Onion pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Sweet less kova ----- 2 spoons
Ginger garlic paste ----- 2 spoons
Kaju paste ----- 3/4 cup
Poppy seed paste ----- 1/4 cup
Garam masala ----- 2 spoons
Jeera powder ----- 1/2 spoon
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Tomato pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Grated carrot ----- 1/2 cup
Green peas ----- 1/2 cup
Beans pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Water ----- as required
Salt ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
Coriander leaves ----- 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add onion pieces, ginger garlic paste in it.
- Add kaju paste, poppy seed paste also in it.
- Add cashew nuts, grated carrot also.
- Fry for 2 min.
- After 2 min, add garam masala powder also in it.
- Add jeera powder in it.
- Mix once and add tomato pieces, green peas and beans pieces also in it.
- Mix well for 10 min and add 2 cups of water in it.
- Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
- Mix once and add kova also in it.
- Cook it for 15 to 20 min by keeping a plate on it.
- After 15 min, make the stove off.
- Now take the curry into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves on it.
- Now you are ready with manpasandh curry infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy manpasandh curry.
- This is a good combination with rice, chapatis, rotis and pulkas also.
