Moong dal ----- 1/2 cup
Salt ----- as required
Water ----- as required
Pepper powder ----- 1/2 spoon
Ghee ----- 3 spoons
Green chillie pieces ----- 1/2 spoon
Coriander leaves ----- 2 spoons
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add moong dal and water in it.
- Soak the dal for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, take the soaked dal and wash with water.
- After washing with water, drain the water.
- Now do like this in 3 times.
- After washing it, take a pan and add washed dal and 2 cups of water in it.
- Cook it for 20 min.
- After 20 min, drain the cooked water in a bowl.
- Keep the dal out side for 1/2 hour.
- After 1/2 hour, make dal into fine paste.
- Now put a pan on the stove and keep in low flame.
- Now add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add green chillie pieces in it and fry for just 2 sec.
- After add this paste in it.
- Mix well by adding cooked dal water in it.
- Mix it well by avoiding any lumps from it.
- Now add salt in it as per your taste.
- After add pepper powder in it.
- Mix well and boil for 20 min.
- After make the stove off.
- Add coriander leaves on it and take into a bowl.
- Now you are ready with moomng dal soup infront of you.
- Drink and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy soup item moong dal soup.
