Oil ----- 4 spoons
Onion pieces ----- 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste ----- 2 spoons
Green chillie pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts ----- 1/2 cup
Jeera powder ----- 1 spoon
Rice ----- 1 cup
Water ----- 2 cups
Salt ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
Tomatoes ----- 1/2 cup
Grated paneer ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves ----- 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add water and rice in it.
- Wash with water like this 2 times and drain the water.
- Take a pan and add oil in it.
- Heat it for 2 sec.
- Add onion pieces, ginger garlic paste and green shillie pieces in it.
- Add cashew nuts and jeera powder in it.
- Fry all for 10 min.
- After 10 min, add tomato pieces and paneer also.
- Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
- Mix well for 5 min.
- After 5 min, add washed rice in it.
- Mix well for 2 min.
- After 2 min, add water in it.
- Cook it for 15 to 20 min by keeping a plate on it.
- After 20 min, make the stove off.
- Take the rice in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves on it.
- Now you are ready with paneer rice kurma infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy item paneer rice kurma.
