Sago ----- 1 cup
Water ----- as required
Ginger pieces ----- 1 spoon
Garlic pieces ----- 1 spoon
Green chillie pieces ----- 1 spoon
Salt ----- as required
Curd ----- 2 spoons
Oil ----- 2 spoons
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add sago and 2 cups of water in it.
- Soak it for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add garlic pieces, ginger pieces and green chillie pieces in it.
- Fry for just 2 min and add soaked sago in it.
- Add 1/2 cup of water in it.
- Cook it for 15 min by placing a plate on it.
- After 15 min, add salt in it as per your taste.
- Mix well and add curd in it.
- Now make the stove off.
- Take a bowl and serve the soup in it.
- Now you are ready with sago soup infront of you.
