How To Make Sago Soup

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sago                             ----- 1 cup
Water                           ----- as required
Ginger pieces                ----- 1 spoon
Garlic pieces                 ----- 1 spoon
Green chillie pieces       ----- 1 spoon
Salt                              ----- as required
Curd                            ----- 2 spoons
Oil                               ----- 2 spoons

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add sago and 2 cups of water in it.
  2. Soak it for 2 hours.
  3. After 2 hours, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  5. Add garlic pieces, ginger pieces and green chillie pieces in it.
  6. Fry for just 2 min and add soaked sago in it.
  7. Add 1/2 cup of water in it.
  8. Cook it for 15 min by placing a plate on it.
  9. After 15 min, add salt in it as per your taste.
  10. Mix well and add curd in it.
  11. Now make the stove off.
  12. Take a bowl and serve the soup in it.
  13. Now you are ready with sago soup infront of you.
  14. Drink and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy soup item sago soup.
  15. This is very good item in summer season.
  16. This sago soup makes body cool and very healthy.
