How To Make Aloo Mutter Tikka


Boiled aloo                       ----- 1 cup
Boiled green peas             ----- 1 cup
Grated carrot                    ----- 1/2 cup
Corn flour                         ----- 2 spoons
Ginger garlic paste            ----- 1/2 spoon
Green chillie paste             ----- 1/2 spoon
Chat masala                      ----- 1 spoon
Turmeric powder              ----- 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder            ----- 1/2 spoon
Jeera powder                   ----- 1/2 spoon
Coriander leaves              ----- 2 spoons
Mint leaves                      ----- 2 spoons
Salt                                 ----- as required
Oil                                  ----- as required
Water                             ----- as required

  1. Take a bowl and add boiled aloo and green peas in it.
  2. Smash well both and add grated carrot also in it.
  3. Mix well and add green chillie paste in it.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, chat masala and turmeric powder in it.
  5. Add coriander powder and jeera powder in it.
  6. Add corn flour, mint leaves and coriander leaves also in it.
  7. Add salt in it as per your taste and mix well all.
  8. You can add water in it to make it as a dough.
  9. Now make the mixture into small balls and keep aside.
  10. Now make the balls into small rounds and keep in a plate.
  11. Take a pan and put on the stove.
  12. Make the stove on and heat the pan.
  13. Add 2 to 3 spoons on the pan and spread it on all sides.
  14. Now place one by one all on the pan.
  15. Now roast the tikka on both sides by turning on both sides.
  16. Roast for 2 to 3 sec and take into a plate.
  17. After making all tikka's like this, make the stove off.
  18. Now you are ready with aloo mutter tikka infront of you.
  19. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack item aloo mutter tikka.
