How To Make Crispy Biscuits












REQUIRED ITEMS:

Butter                             ----- 1 cup
Sugar powder                 ----- 1/2 cup
Custard powder              ----- 1/2 cup
Milk powder                   ----- 1/2 cup
Plain flour                        ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                    ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                               ----- 1/2 cup
Baking powder                ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add butter in it.
  2. Blend it thoroughly for 5 to 6 min and add sugar powder in it.
  3. Blend it again and add custard powder in it.
  4. Blend it again till it comes to smooth consistency.
  5. Now add baking powder, milk powder and plain flour also in it.
  6. Blend it and add ghee and cashew nuts in it.
  7. Mix well all till it comes to smooth dough consistency.
  8. Now pre heat the oven at 150 degrees for 5 min.
  9. Now place the dough in horizontal surface and spread on it.
  10. Take roti maker stick and press on it evenly.
  11. Now take a knife or moulds and cut into pieces in any shape you want.
  12. Keep all in the tray and bake at 150 degrees for 10 to 15 min.
  13. After 15 min, open it and take out care fully.
  14. Now place biscuits in a plate and serve.
  15. Now you are ready with crispy biscuits infront of you.
  16. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy biscuits.
